Loto, I haven't heard anything about the DS3032 either after attentioning it to Supervisor Sue.

Quick question. Should I send both tax account transcripts and tax year transcripts? Each of these came from IRS with the "we got your request" letter. Should I include that letter in the AOS package?

IS, I included my last 3 years tax return transcripts only.

Who is Supervisor Sue and why would go quicker?

Also, my hubby said that this time when he e-mailed it, he didn't get the automated email response confirming receipt from the NVC like he received the previous times he emailed it!

Supervisor Sue is one of the NVC supervisors, if I am not wrong. Emily or others will give more info, since they have dealt with it.

is the copy of the petitioner's passport optional?? i don't remember seeing that in the instructions and wasnt planning on sending it.

What should my wife do with the DS3032 that came in email

Did your IV fee generate? If yes, you can ignore it.

Otherwise, your wife (beneficiary) can complete and forward to NVC.

I asked my wife to complete it, sign it, scan it and email to NVC as attachment.

This DS-3032 has barcode of NVC Case# in it.

It has been more than 10 days since my case number was generated (10/15), still the AOS fee bill hasn't been generated.

Called NVC a few times, but they say they don't have an IIN yet. I haven't mailed my ds3032 yet. want to send it after I get the IIN.

Sigh :(

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website:www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864A, or I-864W and/or the instructions.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.
