I told my wife to sign and email a physical DS-3032 to NVC along with the email version that she sent 10 days ago. I told her to just write our NVC case number across the top on the bar-code strip. Hopefully, NVC will accept that as our DS3032 COA letter. Meanwhile, we're still waiting on any correspondence from NVC.

Grr. Called them again. They are still giving me the same 2-4 weeks line.

Loto, my AOS fee is paid and in process. It will probably be "paid" by tomorrow. At that time, should I go ahread and ship out the AOS package? Or should I wait till I get AOS/IV email from NVC? As you know, I got IIN number through the phone so I could pay my AOS bill.

Ship AOS package as soon as ready.

Debby, Try this shortcut - Prefix "ATTN:SUPERVISOR SUE" in the email subject line with all other standard DS-3032 email and shoot one now and see how it goes.

Just checked payment portal. AOS is saying PAID now. So I'm going to send the AOS package tomorrow. Hell, yeah!

It is ok to send another one with prefix. Other one will be processed next week.
