@kruz, DHL tracking will give some clue, but your packet and others are combined in a batch and sent to the Consulate

@Indigo, IV invoice generation can take up to a week after AOS invoice generation. That's why I did 3 things to speed that up:

1) DS-3032 email immediately after NVC case# generation

2) Physical DS-3032 (without barcode, but NVC and CIS#) couple of days after, but before AOS fee generation

3) Scanned DS-3032 (with barcode, it was NVC's PDF one) immediately after AOS fee generation

I don't know which one they considered, but 1 or 2 hours after AOS fee invoiced, I saw IV fee invoiced as well.

I didn't get IIN from the operator, it came by email with AOS fee and DS-3032 PDF.

@asad, if it shows ready to pay, why do you wait and for what? Pay it and when it is PAID, print the barcode sheet and mail it.

Oh, I see you have a lawyer. Check that lawyer has access to internet portal to pay them and is pro-active.

Loto, my wife sent the DS3032 email the day after getting the NVC case number. That was 8 days ago. It was just the email. No attached PDF of DS3032.

I got our IIN and paid the AOS fee. It's in processing now. Should I send another DS3032 email with filled out DS3032? IV invoiced hasn't been generated yet. It won't be until DS3032 is accepted. Right? I already sent one choice of agent email, I'm afriad to send another one. But I feel like I need to send another one with the PDF. Help me, Obi Wan Kenobi!

I'll wait until Wednesday then if I or my wife don't get any email from NVC, we'll send a physical signed copy of DS3032 to NVC.

Indigo- Send it again if you feel it wasn't received.

Asad- They might have become available to pay when you were on the phone with the operator or the operator didn't have the latest information. I agree with the others. If they are able to be paid, then go pay them

Oyez! My work won't sign a proof of employement letter that I wrote. They want me to use their legal document that they already have which includes a lots of extra cr*p about who own's our company and sh**s. I'm afraid to use that since NVC might come back and say you said you work for x, by why does it say y. What is my option now? Can't I not include a employement letter? Is it absolutely required?

As per I-864 adjudicator's manual (http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Laws/Memoranda/Static_Files_Memoranda/Archives%201998-2008/2006/affsuppafm062706.pdf) Page# 15, employment letter and paystubs are optional with the initial submission. If they need it, they will ask it and you can submit it later.

However, I didn't take a chance and included my employment letter and paystubs.

(2) Job Letters and Proof of Income. Pay stub(s) showing income for the most recent 6 months and letters from all current employers are no longer required as initial evidence. The applicant, however, may submit either or both of these items (1) in response to a request for additional evidence (RFE), or (2) with a Form I-864 if the applicant believes doing so would help establish that the sponsor meets the governing income/assets threshold. If submitted, letters from current employers should show dates of employment, the nature of the job, wages or salary earned, number of hours/weeks worked, and prospects for future employment and advancement. It should be sufficient for the employer to say that the employment is of indefinite duration or words of similar effect. Promises of future employment are not required.

OH yea completely forgot about that LOL. I will wait for a week and then call. Not going to get SIF that quickly so might as well wait it out.
