Did you check AVR or with operator about the CC status?

I have always hard time with this AVR system since the beginning - It still says "Our Case not found" :-) When I talked to a rep about this issue, that gentleman told me that - "Never mind, please call us and we'll give you the update". Then I replied - "I didn't want to bother you guys too often". Answer was - "That's ok". But they are very useful and digged all the records with them and I updated the status. Still waiting for SIF and CC, but it might take a while, I think.

Ok, here's another silly question......probably well answered by reading the I-864 form instructions.....but still want to make sure.......Can we use a GC holder as a co-sponsor for immigrantion purpose ?

I replied to you about this today morning. Again one more response Yes, GC holder can be the sponsor.

Congrats for AOS payment - Do you still think NVC takes 3 months to complete the case?

Guyz, can anyone direct me to an example I-864 for joint sponsor (if any of course)??

Does the joint sponsor signature on the form have to be notarized or not??

Loto, NVC operator last night said still waiting for CC call back in two or three days. Called the AVR this morning and update said CC and file sent to USEM on the 21st.

I think the AVR is a day behind I also think the file gets sent today. They notify DHL the day before.

I'm told when file gets to USEM I can call them my spouse can pick up packet 4 the next day and I can schedule an interview as soon as I am ready.

Trying to get November 4th interview, I hope.

Mr and Mrs D no notary on the 864 for joint sponsor. Make sure you include a copy of the joint sponsor Bio page of there passport for proof of citizenship. The joint sponsor 864 gets filled out exactly the same as you filled out yours.

Hey guys we're sitting on 8 days with no email yet of the ds 3032 kit and 7 days since we emailed the 3032. Is there anything I should be doing besides waiting for the email? Should I be calling NVC to harass them about our IIN? Has anyone ever received the kit via snail mail instead of an email? And what's this ds 260 online option for the ds230? Are we required to do this online now or is this just an option for some or those who prefer to submit that way? Any help on these questions would be greatly appreciated!!

U.K is not in the list of Electronic Processing like India

Call NVC to get IIN, it should be ready for you. If you have not provided both your email ids, probably you won't get anything by email. Snail mail will take many months to complete NVC process.

i provided my emails that day i got my nvc case # on the 14th, so i should be getting the email soon eh? that's what im assuming according to everyone's timelines here. ill try calling them for the IIN. Once i have that i can pay the aos bill right?

If you get IIN from the operator, there will be a bit lag in the online payment portal to show it as ready to pay. But, if you get IIN by email, it will be ready to pay immediately since emails are generated when everything is sync up.

Watch out email spam folder as well.

AOS package has been accepted, IV package should arrive Monday. After they are both entered, do we call NVC or do we just wait for Sign in Failed? What is the next step?
