I got the IIN from the operator. Haven't received any email from NVC yet. But verified both emails again today.

No. AOS isn't invoiced yet. I can't select it to pay for it on the payment portal. Tell us your wisdom now, oh great sage.

Since you received IIN from the operator they have not up to the pace for AOS and IV fee generation yet. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow, AOS invoice will be ready to pay.

Watch out inbox too for the IIN & AOS email. This email will have barcoded DS-3032. If you can (optional), get it signed, scanned and emailed to NVC by your wife. But, if you see IV fee is ready to pay, you can omit the scanning step.

His dad lives in DC, meaning - not with us. Our household is just me and Mr D. As far as I read and what the consul told me, his dad needs a I-864 form (along with all the AOS package dox). She said hubz AOS dox were OK and they just needed the joint sponsor package.. Am I wrong anywhere on this??

If his dad lives at diff. address, your hubby's I-864 is intact. His dad will file co-sponsor I-864 and will meet the poverty line for the entire household. You are good, Mil

Your hubby's income is not considered here.

I'm a little confused how this thing is calculated. I know that the co-sponsor has to meet the 125% guideline, but for how many ppl?? I mean, he is married (so his household is 2 ppl) and we are two ppl in our house.. Does that make 4 ppl?? I'm completely lost...

Here's another silly question: while writing the name on the back of the passport phots...is it LAST, FIRST MIDDLE, or FIRST MIDDLE LAST?

2) Intending immigrant (you) will be counted

3) Since his dad is married, he has to enter his wife

Hope his dad has not executed co-sponsorship before and no other dependents in his tax return.

So, his dad's household size is now 3. Your hubby will not be included.

Now, his dad has to show at least $22,887 assuming he lives in the mainland of the U.S and not in the U.S Armed forces.

Of course.

Include his dad's immigration status document (copy of USC or LPR status) + Last 3 years tax trascripts + current year income proof (employment letter and pay stubs) along with I-864 form.
