Looked at it, faintly it is stamped cancelled. Did you mention in your cover letter (contents) as to why you included it (ie. cancelled due to name change)?

Also, with the passport pictures, did you put them in a bag similarly to the I-130 requirements?

No i didnt mention anything about the cancelled passport biodata page. Yes i did put the pics in a sandwich bag.

So I called the NVC, as IndigoSkies did (we have the same date for the generation for our NVC case #) and they said they were going to be billing me within two business days and if I don't hear anything back by Friday of next week to call them. But since I have an attorney, she said the bills are going to go directly to him, and she said they might not even reach my e-mail.

What would you all make of that?

Keep in touch with the attorney to watch out his/her email inbox or snail mail inbox and act quickly.

@Teya: Well, hubz is gonna talk to his dad and ask him to do this little formality for us. :innocent: He is a "level 15" :D gov. employee so he's our best choice for now. We'll know in a couple of days where we are with the co-sponsor package but we have a good feeling about it. :thumbs::yes::thumbs: Otherwise the interview was OK, not to much waiting, easy questions and the consul lady was really nice and polite. They kept my passport and medical so that should be a good sign, right? :P Thank you for all the support tho! Wish you a speedy SIF&CC! :)

I got the IIN from the operator. Haven't received any email from NVC yet. But verified both emails again today.

No. AOS isn't invoiced yet. I can't select it to pay for it on the payment portal. Tell us your wisdom now, oh great sage.
