I submitted only bare min. docs - last 3 years tax transcripts, employment letter, paystubs and my passport biographic page with AOS package.

1040 title, employment letter title, I-130 title etc. are all ok as long as the field of work is same and recognized that the title in the same field. Key here is consistent income and upward trend progressively is very good financially and poverty line comparison too.

Hi Loto...just wondering.....why did you include your passport biographic page with AOS package? That's not a requirement...

That's completely optional.

The reason was - sponsor must be at least 18 years of age, domiciled in the U.S, and must be a USC or LPR. They have all these info. from other documents such as tax returns, I-130 form, G-325A form, copy of U.S passport/Naturalization certificate etc. submitted with I-130 package. However, an additional copy of U.S passport biographic page is just in case.

Marie- I am so sorry to hear this!! Are you close to being able to sponsor your husband? I really hope that the person will change their mind. I know how sucky looking for a co-sponsor and waiting and waiting and wondering about it can be. I feel some of your pain. :( Does your husband have family in the US besides yourself? I hope this issues is resolved quickly for you. What a bummer to be put on hold once again. Don't give up hope though :) I also hope that your Chron's stays to just the bare minimum symptoms and doesn't hinder the rest of your body. Obviously I don't know what all symptoms you have right now but you could tell the person that there is a slim chance of you needing them to support your family for the time being and your husband will be working once he gets here. I really hope that someone will give you a chance to be together! :star:

I might be way off base here but it was my understanding that you fill the DS260 online. Once completed, you are presented with a page with barcodes and sh**s. You print that page and sign it. Then using that pages as your cover-page, you mail other docs (e.g., marriage certificate, etc) to NVC.

• Two 2x2 inches passport photographs of the beneficiary

• Letter explanation for not including Passport Office Police Clearance Certificate Report.

Am i missing anything? Did write with a blue pen o the back of the pics my wife's DOB, case number and name.

Cancelled passport? Is that just because it expired? I have my old one from when I changed my name after marriage...should I include a copy of that too or just my current one?

Hey everyone how are you i am happy for all who are moving forward in this journey...but i have some bad news and my husband and i need help badly...since last update you know we finally got approved and we have been waiting three long years for this and unfourtunately something sudden came up and let me explain..please.....I just got out of the hospital yesterday they just diagnosed me with Crohn's diesease and so after a year of getting our Co-Sponsor she felt with me being sick she needed to pull out of the Co-Sponsor position...Please can someone help us with one to find one and to bless us to be together...Due to myself not having family or anyone else close enough my husband and i need your surggestions or any help you can.....if anyone knows how we feel or what we are going threw please know what this means to us to be together and be a family....my husband and Daughter are all i have in this life....

Marie, I am so sorry to hear about your diagnoses blush.gif and the fact that your Co-sponsor feels that she wants to back out. You should have her try to reconsider. Tell her that your spouse (beneficiary) will be able to work not long after arriving to US. Try to set up some work opportunities for your spouse maybe that will help her change her mind....

Do you attend a church? If you do then you should talk with your minister and see if the church can be the Co-sponsor. Even if you don't try to get a hold of your local neighborhood church and ask for their help. Explain your situation to them. Call Salvation Army and see if they might be able to help or lead you towards the right direction.

I hope that your situation with the Co-sponsor gets resolved quickly and changes her mind.blink.gif
