Hey Loto,

2 questions:

1. Did you put your NVC Case # on EVERY single page? even on each and every page of your tax returns/transcripts?

2. My husband send me his package - which I just received today - with the original marriage cert, original birth cert, original PCC, signed DS-230 and 2 passport photos with a white background. The photos looked a bit small to me so I measured them. They are 1.5 inches in width and 2 inches in length! Do you think I can submit them anyway? I KNOW that the website says 2 X 2. Will this be a problem? What to do????

Hey Loto,

2 questions:

I wrote NVC Case# on the top right corner of every page of AOS, except on the barcoded sheet and cover letter.

2. My husband send me his package - which I just received today - with the original marriage cert, original birth cert, original PCC, signed DS-230 and 2 passport photos with a white background. The photos looked a bit small to me so I measured them. They are 1.5 inches in width and 2 inches in length! Do you think I can submit them anyway? I KNOW that the website says 2 X 2. Will this be a problem? What to do????

All IV package is great except the photographs. If you submit it, RFE is damn sure. I would suggest you an easy method for you which will not delay your process. Ask him to get 2"x2" photograph in his country's studio in "jpg" format and email it to you. Then you can print out in the photo processing center here. This is what I did when I submitted my I-130. Also, please do not forget "NVC Case#, Beneficiary Full Name and DOB" behind both the photographs.

I put my case number on the front page of the documents I stapled together. Not sure on the photos but I think they are very picky about the size. Maybe scan them at a walgreens and recut them to the correct size.

Junior bro, What doc is needed from your wife to send AOS package?

Is your wife sending PCC from PP office and Police station for IV package too? I mean, did you resolve Guj. PCC issue?

Yes I did. As a matter of fact, I've been calling the NVC every day. Whenever you get a human, the first thing they confirm before even allowing you to speak is the names, dates of births and email addresses of petitioner and beneficiary!
