Since attorney is involved in your case, follow up with him too often. Otherwise, they will slow down this NVC process, because they have other clients as well.

After I pay the bills online and print out the sheets, is there anything for the attorney to actually do but send out the packages that are already prepared and ready to go?

 2007 IRS Tax Transcript

 Pay stub(s) from March 7th, 2010 to October 14th, 2010

 Bank statement(s) from May 2010

 Employment Verification Letter

Still no word on nothing...I emailed the USEM on the 8th problem is from the 8th to today the 18th there was one US holiday and one Costa Rican holiday. That means in the last 10 days there has only been 4 working days at the USEM. You gotta be kidding I want a job there too!!!

After the AOS and IV packages mailed out, there is nothing from your side.

I'm not that familiar with the EZ but make sure Job titles match. If names are different on Bank Statement, Employment verification Letter and Check-stubs you might want to explain it in your cover letter. Not sure how close you are to the minimum income requirement. If you well over and you're not having a Co Sponsor then I think your good... If your close you might want to add personal property to your list. The AOS is simple really it the DS 230 that seems more difficult because your having to deal with other countries practices on top of the NVCs way of things.
