Ask your wife to call tomorrow morning at embassy! She might get good news!! I heard similiar cases and very next day spous found to collect passport with visa! Its not big issue..keep calling them until they have reviewed medical report!!:star:

Oh, then it will be easy. They will find it soon to attach in the visa packet. Hopefully, today or tomorrow they should issue the visa then.

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

Good luck Malvi and yes, keep in touch with the consulate until it is resolved. I don't think it will be a big issue.

If you can get their immigrant visa unit email id (from their website - try googling), you can email as well now.

She was not grilled at all.

These were the only questions she was asked:-

1. What does your husband do?

2. On what purpose your husband went to USA?

3. Did you have arrange marriage or love marriage and what did your family member think about your love marriage?

That was all she was asked !

Loto, I think it's because of we re-scheduled the interview date to make it 15 days earlier and due to the reason the embassy people didn't get enough time to put things together. I have their email id, but I think phone call will be the faster way to get it touch with them. Anyway, thanks Loto.
