It's busy here in this thread,,,hello Vj. How do we find out if the Embassy has recieved our package from NVC.

Ds-3032 e-mailed 2010-03-11

Recieved Aos bill 2010-05-11

Paid Aos bill 2010-05-11

Sent Aos -n- IV 2010-07-11

Aos accepted 2010-17-11

Paid IV bill 2010-11-11

RFD 2010-??-12 They want the green NBI police clearance

not the one from the local municipal

Nvc received RFD response and avr back to review 2010-16-12 (Some reason it now says received RFD 2010-30-12)

Case complete 2011-05-01 Wow a real Journey

Interview date notification Feb 20th,,2011

It's busy here in this thread,,,hello Vj. How do we find out if the Embassy has recieved our package from NVC.

Email or phone your consulate and get the details with NVC Case#. (Some consulates may be rude!)

Alternatively, you may try to contact 202-663-1225, Press 1 and 0 for human to get the status.

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

yes can't wait its like so close yet so far. I am not going to sleep until the night of 3rd until I hear any news. Once he gets visa 4th he will fly either Kuwait or Air India both crappy airlines on Feb 10th.

You should try Gulf Air. One of my buddy bought from DHAKA-JFK is only $695.00

Ask your agent, see they can put you in Gulf Air.
