The best deal is free. I used HR Blocks online free fililng in 2008 and 2009. Didn't have a problem. This year I'm going to use the computer application version since they gave it to me for free.

Fun things to do with wife in winter. Wake up in the middle of the night and go outside in your shorts. Stand outside for as long as you can until you're a frigid narwhal. Run inside quickly and give your wife the icy embrace of death and don't let her escape. Can't wait to try this out myself.

I see Federal free here and State $14.95. I think this is the cheapest I can get. Any State free is there? BTW, mine is NY.

Doesn't TurboTax have a free state tax option also. But you gotta be pretty poor to use that. If you're younger than 20, you can do it free here: https://www.olt.com/main/oltstateff/default.asp Or 8 bucks for the state's return.

Turbotax is not good, because they charge for Federal and State. Only 1040EZ is free there!

I completed my tax return using TaxAct - Federal is Free and State is only $14.95.

My tax refund (both) is $1,839 eventhough the withholding was exactly the tax owe money - it was due to Obama's work pay credit $800 (MFJ) and an extra $500 child tax credit (my calculation was based on 2009 data). I am temporarily rich, Indigo :star: This money also will go for downpayment and closing cost if that deal goes through :star:

Still, waiting for W-2 to e-file. This data was entered from my lovely spreadsheet!

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.
