Where are my pals here today?

Penning here and there!

Loto

Got a couple of days of sunshine, and 45+ degrees here in Virginia. Felt good to go grind

on a fender on my old Plymouth.

Found a couple better flights to China in March or April, less expensive anyway. Still

about 30 hours travel time, oooooooooooooo my butt. I learned on my last 2 trips to take

plenty of pills with me. A pill every 2 hours made the trip a little easier.

I am here Loto! Just checking out KVP's play by play of his wife's interview which has set my mind at rest (THANKS KVP!)! I think I am actually more scared about the medical this Wednesday!

Had a nice relaxing weekend - have a busy week at work coming up, can't believe it is almost Monday again. Feels good to have booked my flight now and knowing my official leave UK date. Just need to organise my leaving do now!!

Hope you have had a good weekend? How's the weather out there now?

Good luck Lilu for medical

Weather is bit cold in this area, still. Was busy looking for an apartment in NJ Edison area during this weekend.

Good morning.

I bought the ticket last night. Will be leaving February 9th (late evening). And coming back on February 22nd (earn monring.) Cost for me $1,446 round trip. I haven't bought the wife's ticket yet. That will probably cost $1,300. I will have a total of 8 days in Bangladesh. Rest of them will be spend on troubling (intentional.) 47 friggin' hours inside a friggin' tuna can with insufferable Turks. FML.

I was finally able to do a year end financial evaluation for myself for 2010. There are some shocking revelations. I spend $2,500 for entertainment. In my defense, I listed all the phone-bill as entertainment. Because of being married, I spend a total of $917 on phone bill. I spend $88 on movies for the entire year. $7 on Redbox. Those are all part of that $2,500. I spend $2,000 on personal care. Fro things like shaving cream, hair-cut, razors, face-creme, etc. Holy smokes. I lived like a friggin' king. I'm going to have to tighten the belt a whole bunch.

Phone bill own be as much. I promise. I hate talking on the phone anyways. I'm sure the wife will call Bangladesh a lot when she comes here. I'm going to budget tell the wife to that she can call as much as she wants as long as the yearly total ends up being 300. No more. Skype is her friend. Definitely going to cut back on entertainment. And I'm going to stop buying expensive sh*ts for my face. I'm already married. Don't need to maintain my baby-face 'nymore. From now on, warehouse brand lotion and shampoo.

I feel restless for some odd reason. Like my left hand is itching somewhere but I can't quite get where it is. I feel so friggin' angry, like stomping on my ground (which I'm doing) angry.

Have a good trip Bob and Indigo :star:

Good news folks  Finally, the packet (Original Naturalization Certificate, Birth certificate etc. with I-130, I-864, DS-230 #######!) arrived in India today that I sent on Nov 9th by USPS express mail. It only took 2 months and 1 week, not bad! Quite relieved! Any way, I made another original birth certificate during this India trip. Now, 2 birth certificate with different format. Indigo, I am confused, which one I'll use now?

Thanks Indigo and all others about USPS advice provided in November. I love Indian postal system with hatred!

That's a coincidence, 786! I have been in CT for 6 or 7 years (Hartford area mostly) including the town you pass daily (Norwalk) :star: Then moved to NY area for the last 3 or 4 years. Now, moving to Edison, NJ from Feb 1st. Last week, we went to Iselin (though I don't like that place) to eat from a Pakistani restaurant, wow, it was yummy :star:

Yaaaaaaay, you did naturalization 1 year before mine :star:

No Indigo. There is a default insurance of some $100 and they can refund me the postage fee as well.

Since the package is arrived, I don't want to bother them, it is real pain in the a$$ to talk to those stinking USPS fellows
