Thanks loto..

i will check of it and i will ask them if they also need my orginal marriage certificate..

i already sent the orginal birth certificate but i was not certified by goverment thats why they requested it again

this time i got new of them also certified by goverment authirty

Loto i have a question that i pasted the request of the nvc from us on the last part do u think if they are meaning we also need a co sponsor ?

thanks alot...

god bless

KdRjN,

It looks like you need a co-sponsor as well.

To verify it, please pass through the below and calculate yourself:

It depends on your household size. If you and your wife is the only household (no child under 18, she didn't claim any other dependent in her recent tax returns, she has not executed I-864 for anybody else in the past, who are still under support obligation etc.), then your household size is 2.

For household size 2, and she lives in one of the 48 states in the U.S (other than Hawaii and Alaska) and she is not in the U.S Armed forces, she has to meet 125% of the poverty ine. so, she has to make an yearly income of at least $18,212 for the year 2010. There will be inflation adjustment every year, so this amount will be bit higher for the year 2011.

I sent papers to my wife instead of the NVC but she is still waiting income tax and the Letter from the employer for 2010 the company did not send it to her yet.So we will be prepared with all these papers that NVC request from us..Maybe thats why we were not enough of affidavit of support She was not able to sent for 2010

I want to hear ur opinion.

the documents that NVC reguest from me,i already sent to papers to my wife

so my wife have to send it to the NVC first?(birth cert.orginal and certified, marriage cert.certified and each copy of them with the cover checklist)or do we have to wait untill my wife prepared all papers and send all documents together to the NVC?

My AVR updated it says my case was forwarded to Bombay Consulate on Jan 11th. I am trying to track in DHL for 7th, 10th, and 11th but I don't see it.

You know what 786India, I gave up that idea. As long as I know my file has been sent to USEM abroad I didn't care at all when and how will it reach there. My AVR says it was forwarded on Jan 5 and when I put the date of Jan 4th in DHL site I didn't see any shipment from Nepal so I quit. But I believe it's already there by now :)

FEB VISA BULLETIN hasn't changed for my wife priority date!! So i wont get any interview date on march or later. My citizenship due on Oct/2011...In that sense my wife wont get here until 2012 March/April!!! I dont know how to explain this to my wife!! I just miss little prince badly. Friend of mine called me from NYC, Asked me to drive taxi there for 3 months and make atleast 15K and take a vacation to Bangladesh stay there for six month!! What happened to my AT&T job who does allow me only 27 days off including sick leave!!! I had so much plan..but Visa retrogression vanished everything away from me. I dont blame GOD, I think Human system more powerful than GOD!!!

I am so depressed and down......

Don't be depressed its difficult but just be patient n pray to God things will be fine eventually n few years down the road you wont' realize it. Find a way to cope w/ your depression like Malvika said go on vacation n spend time with your family.
