At this point your best bet will be to speak to NVC operator and ask them if they are missing something and the status of your file.

So how about sharing your recent POE experience with us? like how long did it take for whole immigration thing at POE, what she has to do? Did they ask any question to your wife?

FEB VISA BULLETIN hasn't changed for my wife priority date!! So i wont get any interview date on march or later. My citizenship due on Oct/2011...In that sense my wife wont get here until 2012 March/April!!! I dont know how to explain this to my wife!! I just miss little prince badly. Friend of mine called me from NYC, Asked me to drive taxi there for 3 months and make atleast 15K and take a vacation to Bangladesh stay there for six month!! What happened to my AT&T job who does allow me only 27 days off including sick leave!!! I had so much plan..but Visa retrogression vanished everything away from me. I dont blame GOD, I think Human system more powerful than GOD!!!

I am so depressed and down......

I had posted it immediately when I was in VJ. It is in page# 371. Here it is again:

POE Experience

1) POE officer took her right hand 4 fingers' prints and her photo captured. Then did a basic review of the sealed envelope and put the arrival stamp on the passport.

2) Took her to the secondary room and took right hand index finger print and told her GC will arrive soon.

Arrival stamp with the Consulate visa will act as I-551 stamp.

There was no questions at all. In fact, since baby and me are USC, my wife also joined with me in the citizen's line.

hello Guys we got another check list from the NVC today but there are two different parts made me so confused that i made a color on the sentence pls tell me what to do with it

______FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:__________________________________________

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still

waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the

instructions on the Department of State website at the following address:

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.

From there, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support form online, then print the completed form and mail

it to NVC.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

______BIRTH CERTIFICATE:___________________________________________

The document you submitted is not an original or certified copy of an original issued by the

appropriate government authority. The document must be an original, or a certified copy of

the original, bearing the original seal or stamp from the issuing authority.

______MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE:________________________________________

The document you submitted is not an original or certified copy of an original issued by the appropriate

government authority. The document must be an original, or a certified copy of the original, bearing the

original seal or stamp from the issuing authority.

A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and

supporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information in

your response or you have not responded to some questions.

Please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to

complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist.

You will need to follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) that are posted on the

Department of State website at the following address:

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. From there, you can fill out a new form online, print the new

completed form and mail it to NVC. If you are the Petitioner, please read all instructions and complete

the correct form to submit to NVC. An Affidavit of Support form is required to be submitted from the

Petitioner on each case regardless of his/her income level.

NVC will hold this case until you send us these needed items. When you return the documents to NVC,

You don't have to worry about DS-230 and I-864. Since both are independent tracks, this type of false RFE can happen.

But, one thing you need to resolve with NVC - you need to send ORIGINAL or Certified Copy of the beneficiary's birth certificate and your marriage certificate. I know you have NOT done that.

Otherwise, things will NOT move out of NVC.

Don't get depressed. Who knows March VB will make progress?

As I told you earlier, I waited almost a year to bring the more than 2 years retrogressed date to be current. But, it happened almost sudden in very few months time. That means, in 2 or 3 months time, 2 years advanced to my PD in my employment category back in 2001.

So, you never know. March or April VB will reveal it. Also remember, your retrogression is just 3 months only!

i already sent the orginal birth certificate but i was not certified by goverment thats why they requested it again

this time i got new of them also certified by goverment authirty

Jon,

Definitely, she can choose citizen line. POE officer will not question it.

Only thing is - there may be a guard controlling the line. So just request to him/her based on baby's U.S passport.

I don't see any benefit of using citizen line over GC line. Probably, the queue may be short and nice treatment
