What you send depends on what version of I864 you are filling. Is your wife the petitioner? Is she only using her own salary as the support? Etc.

For me: I am the petitioner. I showed my salary to show support. And my wife was the only beneficiary. So I filed I-864EZ form and included the following craps with the package. Hope this helps or gives you some idea.

• Bar-coded cover sheet
• Coverletter
• Completed and signed form I-864EZ
• IRS tax return transcripts for the years 2009, 2008 and 2007 of the petitioner
• IRS tax account transcripts for the years 2009, 2008 and 2007 of the petitioner
• IRS tax return for 2009
• Employment Letter of the petitioner
• Copy of Pay stubs for the entire year 2010 of the petitioner
• Copy of the U.S Passport of the petitioner

Now they only requires last tax transcripts, W-2 and/or 1099 (any source of income). Previous 2 years before are optional but helpful.

It depends on your household size. If you and your wife is the only household (no child under 18, she didn't claim any other dependent in her recent tax returns, she has not executed I-864 for anybody else in the past, who are still under support obligation etc.), then your household size is 2.

For household size 2, and she lives in one of the 48 states in the U.S (other than Hawaii and Alaska) and she is not in the U.S Armed forces, she has to meet 125% of the poverty ine. so, she has to make an yearly income of at least $18,212 for the year 2010. There will be inflation adjustment every year, so this amount will be bit higher for the year 2011.

Yes another honeymoon for 12 days we are going to the cabin on Government Camp Oregon. Nice place on the mountain, quiet with plenty of time to catch up...no TV or radio... hahaha. My kind of getaway
