1 hour and 7 minutes to go 'till interview. I'm sure my wife is queuing now in cold. :( I didn't tell her to take a jacket. I hope she did take one on her own. I'm sure she did.

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

11/12/10: IV package mailed USPS express.

11/15/2010: IV package recieved by NVC.

11/19/10: AOS entered into System.

11/29/10: IV Entered into System

01/14/11: Interview (APPROVED)

Sounds good may be you can change wording of last sentence. Not sure if they understand RFE. You could say "Therefore, please complete our case." :thumbs:

Yes, I agree with 786india. Instead of NOT issuing RFE, write "please complete our case and forward the case to the Consulate where we can submit the police clearance certificate".

Many of you may not know but my mom had a stroke a month ago. She lost control of her right side. She's slowing gaining it back. I'm doing exercise with her now. My body is here but my mind is in Bangladesh, with me wife. Outside, I'm cool and calm as a cucumber. But inside it's as if my heart is Yangtze River and all 1.3 billion Chinese have simultaneously have jumped in together creating a huge ripple that reverberates for thousands of miles . That's how I am now. I have to divide up all of my emotions. Half for mother and half for the wife. Please have me in your prayers that I can be both a good son and a good husband.

I'm gonna go continue exercising my mother's hands and legs. Hopefully, in 4 to 5 hours, I'm going to be hearing some wonderful news.

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

Thank you, everyone. They told her she can come back tomorrow and collected her passport with the VISA. Apparently it's standard in USEM in Bangladesh to keep the passport for a day. But they give you a receipt to bring back. The wife is going back to the hotel now. But on her ways she talked to my parents and my mother's brother and his wife, who are having dinner at our house tonight. My mom's mom is also here. So the wife talked to them all. Everyone's happy. I talked my wife briefly for a few minutes. We'll talk more when she's at the hotel and get all the juicy details to post back here.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received

2012-12-12: I-751 (Remove of Conditions) sent
