Yeah...I'm leaving 2 weeks from tomorrow! Unfortunately, I can only stay one week due to my work schedule.

God willing, he gets approved but since it will take a week for his passport to be ready with the visa, I won't be able to return with him.

Yeah Debby, one week will be very short to collect visa, arrange tickets, pack and come back together. But hope, visa will be in hand in few days after interview.

Petitioner's Affidavit of Support - it is I-864. Make sure they have received it.

They might issue false RFE as well.

Yes, it is hard to get the NVC human. But you have to do it. Re-dial the number as many times to get the human. And get the feedback from at least 2 operators.

Now I know - you haven't sent the original marriage certificate. They want to see the original marriage certificate (though it is NOT in English) and the translation. You need to send the original, but make sure to include the IV package's barcoded sheet (it has case# and proper NVC address) again with it. Otherwise, the chances to miss it is very high.

yes i did not sent the orginal marriage certificate as u mention of it bec i m afraid of lose it.

Our marriage certificate is also international marriage certificate but i also got a translation too and sent them but i think i missed a stamp with the papers that i sent bec the police certificate was having this stamp on it and i was not having problem with it...

Yes i told my wife to speak to an operator then lets see whats going on for sure..If its even false RFE do you think they will email both of us ?

-----Correspondence Instruction-------------

When responding to the NVC, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided.

_______Immigrant Visa Application________________

The NVC has received the requested I864 package for this case. However, we are still waiting for the DS-230 and corresponding civil documents for each traveling applicant to be returned to NVC for review. You will find the DS-230 form along with complete instruction for submitting the civil documentation required for this case at www.immigrantvisas.state.gov under the Application document processing link.

We urge you to send in the DS-230 form(s) and required civil documentation for each travelling family member in the one package to the NVC. Sending the information in separately may cause delays in the processing of the case.

Please inculude a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly as it appears below)on the upper right-hand corner of all documents.

5) 2 passport size photo of the beneficiary

6) Beneficiary Birth Certificate (Original) along with two affidavits from the (his )parents stating no name on the Birth Certificate.

7) Certified copy of our marriage Certificate

8) Notarized copy of Local police clearance because we will need original copy at the RPO to obtain the passport clearance. (will explain this in cover letter)

9) Notarized biographic page of the beneficiary's passport.

10)Petitioner Original Birth Certificate

11)Copy of Biographic page of the Passport - Petitioner

Re: Marriage certificate - probably you will need to send the original, but try to convince NVC operator to produce the same at interview. If not, you need to send it.

Hi binny just got your message. Your list sounds good like Loto said please include photocopy of everything and in pencil put nvc case # beneficiary's name on each photocopy and also behind 2 passport size photos. This should suffice.

Sounds good may be you can change wording of last sentence. Not sure if they understand RFE. You could say "Therefore, please complete our case."
