Good Morning Folks,

I am having a problem and seeking expert suggestions.

I was trying to get in to this thread this morning and when I clicked on 'My Name' and 'My content' (this is what I do everyday to access this thread), it's showing "There's no information to show". I wonder where did all my post and topic go to?

How do I access this thread as it's not showing on IR1/CR1 category?

HELP !

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

My wife 'passed' her medical exam, too. She said she was a bit stamped on the essay questions. But once she started on the multiple choice sections, she flew threw it all. Apparently the answers to all odd number questions were 'C.' The examiner said there would be no point deducted for wrong answers.

What should I do? I'm pretty certain that my wife is going to get VISA approval come this Sunday night. Provided that she gets it, when should I go to Bangladesh to pick her up. I'm not necessarily asking anyone here but rather thinking out-loud textually. I have to work the last few days and the first few days of the month, every month. No matter what. Even if it's a federal holiday or weekend. I was dreaming of going to Bangladesh for at least two weeks. I cannot do that in January. Wife gets the interview on 10th and her VISA by 15th. If I go during January, I can go by 20th and I'd have to be back by the 28th. But then I want to have a few days off with my wife when she comes here. I don't want to be going back to work leaving my damsel in distress. I'm sure there will be fair amount of tears following from her precious eyes. I don't want the salty waters on my furnitures and clothes. Tears totally ruins the antic-ness. So the most logical thing to do would be to wait until February to go. But I cannot go until February 7th. I must, must, must work the first week of each month. But then how awful it is of me to want to go on vacation for two weeks when my dear mother is ill. I cannot possibly be having fun at a time like this even if mine and the entire humanity's lives depended on it. But then if I am not going on a vacation, I should just go in January for 4 or 5 days and pick up my wife. But then all of my plans will have gone to waste. Isn't my mother going to be a lot better by February 7th or 8th? I could then go and be okay knowing my mother is making lots of recovery. I cannot decide. So I'm going to put on a ultimatum on myself. I must decide by 9:30AM Monday the 10th of January 2010. Or else all the unicorns will become asexual and won't procreate ever again naturally. Yup. That's it. That's the ULTIMATUM.

Yes, waiting for thekfc's feedback!

I talked to svenkatc last week. In fact, he called me from India. His wife's medical is almost over. Preparing for their big day next week in Chennai. They'll be back at the end of Feb or beginning of Mar to the U.S since he wants to escape from this f'ing winter in NY :star: He enjoys life with his beautiful wife Divya :P
