I AM CALLING TO NVC AND IT IS ANNOYING. I HAVE BEEN DIALING LIKE 30 TIMES AND STILL I DONT GET THROUGH!!!!!!

Keep count of how many times you call. Don't give up. Let us know the time you call and the tries it takes to get through. Like someone said just a bit ago, it took them exactly 34 tries to get through. This morning, I got through on the 4th try.

Did you send DS-3032 email ..... once you received notification from NVC or......as soon as you got NVC case no. ?

Did you wait for the DS-3032 form to be emailed from NVC ?

Sent in the day after receiving the case number. Getting it accepted takes a week so I just went it in thinking will have both bills around the same time. Nothing for IV bill yet. Still Waiting

JD my ds3032 took about 10 days to get entered into the system. i sent it on a monday and the following week sometime it went in. very very frustrating. just have to be patient but i guess all of us are frustrated and really losing our patience.

i just was able to get through to NVC now and going through the system as i am typing this. it took at least 15 times. and of course no updates...

Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update on our case:

This morning (not last night because I was up and out with a friend until past midnight), the huz received his Choice of Agent form via email.

I drafted his email last week and saved it in his email account as per James' Shortcuts. Additionally, I forwarded all of the huz's emails to my email account since he only checks email like once a month...if even! (GEEEEESH!)

So, I got the notice and just opened up his email account and sent it from there. I read people talking about how the email should be sent from his country because of IP address...but, when I go to the Dominican Republic, I always use a VPN on my machine so that I can make free calls through skype and do banking business if I need to. This means that it appears that I am in Washington DC, although I'm more likely sitting on the beach in the Dominican Republic. So, with that in mind, I didn't see the issue with them capturing the origination IP address. Since it's possible that he could have sent the email by remote logging in to my desktop and sending the email from there. There are so many possibilities, it really didn't seem to matter.

Okay, so, after that, I received an email in my own account with the AOS bill. So, I went online and paid that right away.

I called 6 days ago for my tax forms from the IRS. They arrived yesterday. So, I'm ready to put together the I-864 packet.

Please use that James' shortcuts page if you want to get through this process efficiently!

It has helped me feel more empowered in the process, which makes me more confident that our visa will not have any problems getting done.

Good morning everyone I hope everyone will get good news today

I have some questions...What is needed to get the Police Certificate? My husband (Beneficiary) lived in Greece for 15 years and in Romania for the last 10 months. Does he need both Police Certificates? Does he need a letter from NVC to get the Police Certificate?

If anyone know please let me know, I appreciate the help,

I think to many of us here do not read up what is required and rely to much on what people say on VJ. Remember sometimes people give opinions here but the requirements are listed with the Goverment Web Site.

I mean to say that when I called NVC they told me that I should wait for DS-3032 email from NVC. They send DS-3032 form in the mail and afer that we can send in the email format of DS-3032 from our side.

Oh... Well, so many ppl here have sent the DS-3032 the same day or the day after they got case# and all was OK, so maybe you can try that(?) Hope all goes fast for you!

The day I called NVC to get my case number, I mixed in equal parts volume / volume, COW MILK, BUTTER, HONEY, WATER from RIVER GANGES and PURE ORDINARY WATER, and made a mixture to a total volume of 8 gallons. Then I took bath with this mixture and offered my prayers to goddess NVC before calling them. As a result, NVC processed my case faster, and I am waiting for my SIF.

Seriously, senior happened to be lucky with good wishes from all of you & ALMIGHTY's grace, and that is my secret...!

Dang, if I knew this - I would've done it for USCIS too! OK, everyone still waiting on NVC - got buy the ingredients and hope you can get some Ganges water from somewhere!

River Ganges is filty. For a river that's considered holy by hundreds of millions of people, it's sad to see some guy sticking his butt out on the banks of the river and sh**ing it. I hope someday he get charged with hate crime of pooping on holy river. Seriously. It's disgusting.
