I got case complete. yahoooooo. Now waiting till January 18th to call and get interview date :innocent: Come n Ghana, let us keep this going.

Great news ! Congrats :) However you don't necessarily have to wait until the 18th to call NVC to find out abt. ur interview date :D

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

I am thankful to everyone's help here. I was fortunate to end the year with a good... no a GREAT.. note!!

I was able to reschedule the interview for my spouse and now have the visa on hand.

Now wondering if I should come back to the snow ridden NY :devil:

by the way my AVR changed to the "Missing and incomplete documents." and turned out to be they are missing DS-230 form which I will be sending next week.

I revealed something for you, I spoke to NVC operator last night, They already started february interview for IR1/CR1. So i begged for my interview for february and she said F2A is under reviewing and only current PD will get oppurtunity for interview. banged :bonk: .

You might have possible chance to get February interview date on early next week or most probably by friday.

I came across two people yesterday in other thread that they got their interview date, one of the guy's case was completed on 12/13. Mine was completed on 12/15 so I am assuming I will have my interview date by next week.

I am exhausted from checking the payment portal - still no SIF :( It has really made me sad this Christmas holidays as I thought it would be best present. I have bets on for SIF next Wednesday now. Hopefully I won't be disappointed....

I would like a prediction from the usual suspects... :ph34r: :ph34r: :P If I get my rfe (court document) into the nvc by january 5th, what are the predictions for cc and interview date in february? This is the only thing they are waiting for now....I hope to God we can get an interview in Feb....I am planning on taking vaca then....thank youuuuu :blush:
