I got the New Year present - CC !!

Now i have to wait for 2nd week of January with hope for February interview....

I just checked the payment portal around 6:50pm and received my SIF. Now as the nice lady explained to me last night, NVC will schedule the interview with the uSEM in Accra. I will call and see if I made the February interview date.

One more step closer to being with my wife.

Congrats on getting one more step closer :)

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

Hello guys,

Just logged in here today after the vacation. I know there are much progress here and I need to read almost 30 pages here to catch up :star:

POE was excellent on 12/26/2010, except the welcome blizzard which caused us to stay 15 hours in the airport including a night :devil:

POE Experience

1) POE officer took her right hand 4 fingers' prints and her photo captured. Then did a basic review of the sealed envelope and put the arrival stamp.

2) Took her to the secondary room and took right hand index finger print and told her GC will arrive soon.

Arrival stamp with the Consulate visa will act as I-551 stamp. That's it! Wife and daughter are here with me :star:

Happy New Year to All My VJ Friends who have been so generous enough to help everybody in their immigration issues

Congrats to those who have gotten one more step ahead in NVC journey and Good Luck to those who are still waiting for some good news.

Today is the last day of the month/year (assuming NVC is closed tomorrow) and it seems as if we won't be getting interview date until next year now.

Good morning! Just 11 more days to go until the interview. Getting a bit anxious. My wife and her family are in another city now for a few days. I talked to the mother last night. She was braggin' on about how the medical staff was really impressed the way I had organised the document folders. My wife basically has to do nothing except review the "review" packet. I sent her a "review" packet which she can study, tear, lose, etc. But then there's the "interview" packet, which I told her, to keep in a safe place and to only get it out on the day of interview. So everything is very compartmentalized. Apparently I impressed a lot of people. Sweet. I like impressing people. Then they are so easy to manipulate.

Congrats to all the SIF and CC. And those who are waiting, your wait may have gotten a bit longer due to all the holidays around this time of the year. Just be patient. Your time is coming. Trust me. I know. Cuz I've been through this. Watching everyone progress past you while you wait is difficult. In one hand you are happy people are progressing and giving you hope.

Hello guys,

Just logged in here today after the vacation. I know there are much progress here and I need to read almost 30 pages here to catch up :star:

POE was excellent on 12/26/2010, except the welcome blizzard which caused us to stay 15 hours in the airport including a night :devil:

POE Experience

1) POE officer took her right hand 4 fingers' prints and her photo captured. Then did a basic review of the sealed envelope and put the arrival stamp.

2) Took her to the secondary room and took right hand index finger print and told her GC will arrive soon.

Arrival stamp with the Consulate visa will act as I-551 stamp. That's it! Wife and daughter are here with me :star:

01-14-2013: INTERVIEW IN LINE FOR SCHEDULED

04-10-2013: INTERVIEW SCHEDULE AT 7:30 AM, TAMPA OFFICE...APPROVED:)))

04-23-2013: OATH CEREMONY AT TAMPA 1 PM...FINALLY USC.....
