How do you get the NVC? I have been calling them for 4 days now. It's always busy. I call once every hour. No dice. Can't even get to the AVRS. Help.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

I spam the ####### out of my redial button until I get through. Counting my call history the last time it took 34 redials before I got through at 10:17am yesterady. Just keep trying.

11 Mar, 2010: Submit I-130 Package to USCIS (Hired Immigration Lawyer)

22 Mar, 2010: Received by USCIS

30 Mar, 2010: Received NOA1

30 Jul, 2010: Received NOA2

NVC

19 Aug, 2010: AOS & IV fee payment processed

29 Sep, 2010: DS-230/I-864 Entered into NVC System.

19 Oct, 2010: RFE (Beneficiary's Original Birth Cert, Original Marriage Cert, DS-2019 from previous J1 VISA)

02 Nov, 2010: RFE Delivered to NVC (Signed by Desmond)

16 Nov, 2010: Checklist for RFE entered into NVC System (via AVR)

23 Nov, 2010: "Sign In Failed"! Yay!

23 Nov, 2010: Case Complete

07 Dec, 2010: Assigned an interview Date

@kruz_patz: Yey! Congrats! :dance::thumbs::dance: But what do you mean "waiting for DS-3032 e-mail"??? :unsure: As far as I know - you can send that to NVC as soon as you have the case# and they have ur e-mails (?)... Just use the template for the form that's on VJ :):thumbs:

UPDATE: Medical is this MON at 10am and it is supposed to be ready the same day! :) Keep ur fingers crossed and wish me I don't pay too much! :D:P:D

I mean to say that when I called NVC they told me that I should wait for DS-3032 email from NVC. They send DS-3032 form in the mail and afer that we can send in the email format of DS-3032 from our side.

NVC still has no reccord of my case. :( I was approved on 02-OCT-2010. Today is 13-OCT-2010. Granted it has been only 6 business days since approval. I don't think I should worry at all. I might not get a case number until next week. All's for good I guess. I don't have the police certificate yet. It's gonna be ready by the next week's end.

Yesterday i called the NVC and got through on the first time. i couldn't believe it. i thought the world came to an end and i was the only one left.. lol... Senior how did you get this done so quickly? i hope we see some more sign in fails today.

I have some questions...What is needed to get the Police Certificate? My husband (Beneficiary) lived in Greece for 15 years and in Romania for the last 10 months. Does he need both Police Certificates? Does he need a letter from NVC to get the Police Certificate?

If anyone know please let me know, I appreciate the help,

Did you send DS-3032 email ..... once you received notification from NVC or......as soon as you got NVC case no. ?

Did you wait for the DS-3032 form to be emailed from NVC ?
