NVC FILERS - FOR October - 2010

My Update:-

I called NVC half n hr ago a guy called Jim came on. Surprisingly, he could pronounce my husband's name which is so long. Anyway, he said the same ####### like my mail was recieved on 12/8 and to give it 2 to 4 weeks and I shld check back after 2 weeks. Reason he is mean is he didn't even say whether my case was under review.

I will cry calling NVC 2nite I am sure I'll get hold of a operator who will give me better info.

I know. That's why I don't feel like calling NVC sometimes. They would still give you same 2-4 weeks time frame even if your case is at final stage of review and you might get SIF CC after few minutes of talking to a parrot operator at NVC. This is ridiculous. They should be able to tell us where exactly we stand at when we inquire them about our case status.

BTW I came across someone whose RFE was entered on 12/06 and got SIF today.

When first in the morning, i talked to steve( nvc op), he went all the list of computer. First he said...your son's passport biagrphic page has to bring at interview time, then said your case is completed by today. also he read the info at computer: According to USEM DHAKA capacity limit, they are not scheduling any december interview, I can also have chance to get January interview. call back on friday.

Second time, operator MAE provides me above same information except call back on mid january for february interview!!

I believe my case probably completed end of the yesterday, thats how it appears in the computer this morning. but it is hard to tell when was my case at my final review!! My last night call was at 10:45pm.

As for me, I heard the operator wrong when they told me when my RFE was received. It turns out it was actually on the 7th, not the 6th. So do you all think I should get a SIF by tomorrow?

Despite not being satisfied with NVC response to our inquiry, I recently called and spoke to a supervisor at NVC for the heck of it.

The nice lady explained me that my file is still NOT under review. If it was being reviewed then she couldn't have access to it. Two persons can not have access to a file as per her.

nowadays supervisor is tricky because of we all calling them. I called yesterday & spoke to supervisor too. She did say that my case is in process & allow 20 business days

Just stay on ARK1214 track & i believe your SIF by today or tomorrow :thumbs: .

I was thinking the samethg earlier today. How could my file be not under review 2day. If it was under review last friday as well as yesterday. I find it strange.

Is supervisor work for NVC? or for SERCO??

After NVC receives all of your craps, it takes 8 days to get SiF. And CC comes within 4 days of your SiF. That's the normal average.

My mother is doing a little better. Keep her in your prayers.

I shipped the interview package to my wife today. It will arive on 23-DEC. Or on the night of 22-DEC in America. So by next Wednesday. Then we'll delve into studying the sucker from page 1 to page 1 of AOS to page 1 of IV package. Hopefully everything will go smoothly. I cannot deal with any mis-steps now since my mother is severely ill.
