M_B, I also just spoke with a nice lady at NVC. As per her my RFE is currently being reviewed and it should be done reviewing by the end of this week (what?)headbonk.gif C'mmon dude hurry up ;)

just check with the AVRS changed to again documents missing blah blah...and date :12/12. I was shocked because it was sunday?? how come it possible? I guess my avrs get messed up!!

Well, my weekend in paris was pretty much drinking till 7 in the morning, sleeping, eating and drinking again...

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

I called NVC half n hr ago a guy called Jim came on. Surprisingly, he could pronounce my husband's name which is so long. Anyway, he said the same ####### like my mail was recieved on 12/8 and to give it 2 to 4 weeks and I shld check back after 2 weeks. Reason he is mean is he didn't even say whether my case was under review. :(

I will cry calling NVC 2nite I am sure I'll get hold of a operator who will give me better info.
