Ok I just called NVC and they have entered my original certificates on 10th Dec but they havent been reviewed yet. Woohoo great news. Just waiting for RFE from last week to be entered - he said call again in a week - or maybe Saturday as that is when 8days are up since NVC got packet in their mailroom. Finally feel like we are getting somewhere.

Been listening to a country song my husband sent me by Darryl Worley called 'Sounds Like Life To Me' this weekend. After a fab conversation with my fab husband he gave me the morale boost I needed (hadn't spoken to him in a week) and with this song now too - I am counting down the days till I see him (positive counting of course!!!). Thanks for all your kind words over the last few days - it is nice to be able to talk with people that understand this whole visa process and why we go through this!!

Got my fingers and eyes crossed for some more SIFs this week! Bring it on NVC!

I just spoke to an operator she told me that my RFE was entered on 12/08 and currently under review and to allow 20 business days (what?) for it to be reviewed.

NO SIF SO FAR TODAY....DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME.....FREAKING WAITING NEVER ENDS!!:crying:

I have been so desparately waiting for it. I somehow feel that we all will notice our SIF the same day within same hour. Wednesday is deadline for my SIF. What about you what you guys say about yours? :D

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

I just spoke an operator, he told me still they are reviewing my mail what i understanding since RFE for 2 person, it make sense mine SIF will delay. May be i can expect SIF on friday if they dont miss anything.
