I called this morning, they just told me ignore the RFE email, Still they are reviewing my mail which was received on 12/06. Its relief me now for SIF

my litle analyze from ARK1214 timeline:

ARK's RFE put in the system on 12/03 & his SIF came on 11/11.

Mine RFE put in the system on 12/06 & SIF possible date on 12/14 or 12/15

malvika's RFE put in the system on 12/08 & SIF possible date on 12/15 or 12/16

786india RFE put in the sysem on 12/08 & SIF possible date on 12/15 or 12/16

discotrash RFE put in the system on 12/08 & SIF possible date on 12/15 or 12/16

M_B- Didn't you say yesterday that you received an email from NVC asking for your photographs? Doesn't that mean NVC didn't scan your photographs until last Friday? and you still saying that your RFE was put on 12/06 I am lil confused. Please clarify me

Since my AVRS message messed up, I have been told by operator & also supervisor that my mail is under review since 12/06. Now you made me confuse.

when operator and supervisor tells you that your mail is in under review and wait for 20 business days, then what does it mean??

So, Miami_Boy whn did AVRs change to a possible RFE? may be NVC's e-mail system is behind.

If it's uner review then it's under review. But since you had have 3 different IV package not sure which one they are reviewing and which one to still enter into the system.

I think wht the operator means is they recieved your mail but have not been processed yet. I was told tht on 12/8 by operator .

I think wht they mean by process is being entered and thn being reviewed if I understand correctly.

Nope, NVC only counts mail as received once they enter them in their system. My RFE was delivered on 11/29 and was entered on 12/08 and that's what my AVR msg. is saying now "Checklist letter received on 12/08". They might not have started reviewing my RFE yet though. Not sure

I emailed to Sup. SUE on 12/09, This morning i received response:

and my case # DHK2010XXXXXX.

On 11/18/2010, NVC has received my both IV & AOS packages.

Unfortunately, I did not include my child and my photographs into the IV

packet. On 11/24/2010, NVC has received my photograph's mail.

I would greatly appreciate if you would attach my child and

my photographs into my application and complete the case processing as

soon as possible.

The NVC has received documentation for this case. As soon as this file

has been reviewed, notification will be sent.

expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents

will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration

process.
