If you are the beneficiary of an I-130 petition, the NVC will send your petitioner an Affidavit of Support (AOS) Processing Fee Bill Invoice along with instructions for paying the AOS fee. If visas are not available for your visa category, the NVC will notify you that the NVC received your petition and will hold it until a visa becomes available.

Nope Nothg yet. Just checked payment portal I can still sign in. Checked AVRS same message receieved checklist letter response on 12/8 ...

I plan to call NVC tonight if SIF doen't happen by then. Keep me posted if you guys hear somthg.

my update:

I NEED HELP!

still not received at the NVC.

contacted my senator today. he said he got a response from the NVC. that when they receive the case theyll send it to the USCIS.

the dept of state requested the review.

he said that usually when things get sent back its not a good sign. said he rarely sees any k1/k3 get approved after getting sent back. said its for a number of reasons. usually because of criminal history/etc. none of that applies to use. we have had no problems ever. im thinking it might be because my husband works in the aviation field and they want more background through the faa or something?

or maybe its because the embassy didnt feel like reviewing it so they sent it to the uscis to do their job? because it was sent to them on the 26th of nov and when i emailed them teh 29th they hadnt received it yet. so that means they got it the 30th and decided to just send it back without even looking at it, right? thats not enough time at all to review. maybe they decided they werent "qualified" to review or just didnt feel like working?

the senator really brought my hopes down when he said hes never seen a case get sent back and then approved. im really worried now. and plus, he said that they dont have to tell us anything, they can just leave us in the dark for as long as they want doing whatever theyre doing.

what am i supposed to do? what am i supposed to think?

I CANT TAKE THIS! HUBBY AND I ARE PERFECTLY NORMAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN OUR LIVES! AND WE DONT KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS EITHER! WHAT DO THEY WANT WITH US?! PLEASE TELL ME
