I came in office today. My mother could sit upon her own today. My sisters texted me a few minutes ago. Thanks everyone for your prayers and well wishes. Please continue to keep us in your prayers and pray that my mother makes 100% recovery. I haven't been able to help anyone here recently with my very limited knowledge of this whole immigration process. But as always my best wishes are for everyone here. I consider each and everyone of you my extended family regardless of what country you are from or ethnicity you hold and whatever religion you follow or not follow.

For anything I can help you with, please PM me the question. That method is much easier because I don't have to scan pages and pages to see what you asked, etc. Thanks. Me and my family appreciate all of your help and appreciate you all.

I am getting ready to send a copy of everything to my wife for her interview, as well as pictures, chat transcripts, etc. I have everything together, except one thing I forgot to copy, and that's my cosponsors' (printed from the computer) "pay stubs." How important is it that she have these. I can get them...but it means having to bug someone who moans a lot. :devil:

My updates:

I woke up at 5 am in the morning & finished my morning prayer, then checked the AVRS, it says documents missing..checklist letter issued on 12/8 :crying: :crying: :crying:

I called around 7:45 am, nice lady told me all she can see there is a mail received on 12/06 & it is too early to talk to supervisor. call back 2 hours later.

As you know that i spoke to SUP. SUE yesterday, even she couldn't identify me either what was in the mail.

Now I am assuiming they finish review with my first IV package which i already missed photos, I believe they haven't review my photographs mail yet. May be tonight AVRS will change to RFE respond received.

I will call later today...let see if i can hold up Supervisor again.

Yeah I pray so. Called NVC this morning..I'm in queue for interview date. She said to call back by the 20th of this month to see if I made the cut for Jan interview date.

Also AVRS has changed to CC on 12/8/2010.

Joint sponsor's paystubs are nice to have Jon. Consulate will have those already from NVC.

Send all the secondary evidences that are available.

Mail by Fedex or DHL rather than USPS. I am a recent victim of USPS :crying:

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email
