My updates:

I woke up at 5 am in the morning & finished my morning prayer, then checked the AVRS, it says documents missing..checklist letter issued on 12/8 :crying: :crying: :crying:

I called around 7:45 am, nice lady told me all she can see there is a mail received on 12/06 & it is too early to talk to supervisor. call back 2 hours later.

As you know that i spoke to SUP. SUE yesterday, even she couldn't identify me either what was in the mail.

Now I am assuiming they finish review with my first IV package which i already missed photos, I believe they haven't review my photographs mail yet. May be tonight AVRS will change to RFE respond received.

I will call later today...let see if i can hold up Supervisor again.

M_B - Waking up early morning and checking AVR msg. has been kinda assigned project for us :D and I hope this assignment is gonna be over pretty soon now.

Lets hope that they haven't scanned your photographs yet. Keep calling NVC until you get the definite answer.

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

02/01/11 - Interview @ 1:00 PM - Approved :)

02/03/11 - Visa picked up from USEM

So you're good now. If it was a real RFE the operators could see it instantly. For instant my IV package was reviewed on 11/24 and generated RFE, when I called AVR on 11/25 morning I heard the missing info, but I couldn't talk to an operator since it was Thanks Giving day holiday. I can never forget that NVC had given me a very nice Thanks Giving present.

I got SIF on the 8 December, but only saw now, morning of 9 december, 8 am in Romania... 1 am in US!! Yesterday i could still login, so after went to bed... 4-5 pm US time we got SIF!!!!!!!!!WOOHOOO, want a January interview!!!!

We got our CC on Nov 30th and still have yet to get an interview date :unsure: Are you guys calling or waiting for an email? I know every country is different so maybe this is why it's taking a little longer for us. Also, can my hubby get his medical done now or does he have to wait for the email?

You'll have mid Jan interview.

Most of the countries need appointment letter to proceed for medical.

Talk to NVC to get the appointment letter by email.

So I just realized the rfe response they are talking about is my iv package...cause the lady did tell me they added my ds-230 to the rfe checklist...still need to wait a couple of weeks for what I just sent to get put in...lolol was thinking I got lucky

I know it is easier said than done, but this is surely a bureaucratic screwup that will be resolved in fairly short order. NVC still hasnt received our case back. called this morning. when they get it theyre just going to send it automatically to the USCIS, anyway.

im so bummed. i cant eat or sleep. too stressed/nervous/anxious.

i just want hubby to get his interview.

or to know what the hell is going on...

Old AVR - The NVC has reviewed your packet or forms and found information missing....NVC mailed a letter on Nov 27 twenty ten...."

New AVR - The NVC has received the checklist letter response on December 08 twenty ten...please allow 6-8 weeks....."
