M_B, Discotrash and Asad, any update from you guys? Did you guys get SIF yet?

AVRS changed to documents missing...I think NVC just finished review my first packet, obviously it would be miss the photographs. They haven't review my second packet yet which was also received on 12/06. let see what operator telling me today!!!!!

Regarding NVC operator, My case complate on December 4th :) . AVRS still saying missing information.

So I just realized the rfe response they are talking about is my iv package...cause the lady did tell me they added my ds-230 to the rfe checklist...still need to wait a couple of weeks for what I just sent to get put in...lolol was thinking I got lucky

NVC still hasnt received our case back. called this morning. when they get it theyre just going to send it automatically to the USCIS, anyway.

im so bummed. i cant eat or sleep. too stressed/nervous/anxious.

i just want hubby to get his interview.

or to know what the hell is going on...

have been contacting NVC, embassy, USCIS, and DoS daily, as of 12/15 our case is in no one's system. waiting for answers..

Called NVC this morning around 7:30 AM. AVR changed :D

Old AVR - The NVC has reviewed your packet or forms and found information missing....NVC mailed a letter on Nov 27 twenty ten...."

New AVR - The NVC has received the checklist letter response on December 08 twenty ten...please allow 6-8 weeks....."

@Discotrash - Your RFE should have been entered too by now.

@M_B - Missing information AVR at this time is not a good indication, I suggest you to find out with NVC supervisor ASAP.

@LIP - Congrats for your SIF ! It was quick right?

@HoustonApolo - I understand your feeling in this tough time, but don't be too stressed up. You will see some lights at the end of the tunnel finally and hopefully that's not too far.

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

HoustonApollo i'm so sorry about what is happening!!!! This doesnt make much sense and when it doesnt make sense you feel you go insane, but try to calm yourself so ur health doesnt have to suffer too much. I experienced on my own health the immigration stress, although i havent been in such critical situation as you!!!I'm the overreactin type, so..... grrr.... lost weight, insomnia, palpitating chest, headache, but realized need to calm myself down...before any real damage was done, but couldnt really calm myself, my nerves were streched to the max!! Was worrying so much for my husband, while he was totally relaxed. Silly me!! I hope there will be found a good solution for you guys... someone has to justify all these acts!!

My updates:

I woke up at 5 am in the morning & finished my morning prayer, then checked the AVRS, it says documents missing..checklist letter issued on 12/8 :crying: :crying: :crying:

I called around 7:45 am, nice lady told me all she can see there is a mail received on 12/06 & it is too early to talk to supervisor. call back 2 hours later.

As you know that i spoke to SUP. SUE yesterday, even she couldn't identify me either what was in the mail.

Now I am assuiming they finish review with my first IV package which i already missed photos, I believe they haven't review my photographs mail yet. May be tonight AVRS will change to RFE respond received.

I will call later today...let see if i can hold up Supervisor again.
