M_B and 786India- just spoke with an operator, he claimed that NVC received some mail this week (what?) and it hasn't been reviewed yet. I asked him when did you receive it then he again told me 'this week sir'. I was trying to find the exact date when they received my mail because I had also sent my Naturalization copy by snail mail to NVC on 11/22. I hope that's not it and they have received my photographs. I am more confused nowblink.gif

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

Yeah, seems like there is forever something to wait for. Interview date was assigned Monday AM, still no appointment email. Called yesterday and they said it takes 4 or 5 days and that it should be Friday. Anyone else have that kind or lag from interview getting set to the interview email landing?

Im in the same boat. The interview date was assigned Monday, the agent said i and my wife will receive an email with the interview details. He told me the emails gets put in a que so just be expecting an email.

I called yesterday and the agent told be if i dont get an email by next monday that i should call them up.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

I just got off the phone with NVC. The operator told me that they entered something today but don't know what it is. I believe it should be my photographs. Now C'mmon NVC give me S-I-F sooooooooooon.yes.gif

N-400 in around 3 yrs. is a long way to go, no need to worry about it now ;) As a matter of fact, you won't be as panic as now for your wife's N-400, correct? I guess no one will be :D

Hiya! Congrats on your CC. KVP got CC on 29th Nov (from UK) and they have had their interview date assigned for 14 Jan already. Unless they have a special case I can't see yours taking much longer to come through! Good luck!
