It will be nice. I'm holding the urge not to call NVC as they will say it's in final review.

Hi ,

Got a question .Regarding the Case completion and interview date assign after SIF .Is NVC notify directly through our postal mail to the beneficary or e-mail and after SIF approximately when we can expect this .

congrats on all the SIFS and interview dates.

seems every morning when i sign on and check the posts from the night before theres always so much progress.

im so happy for you guys

but at the same time i cant help feeling sorry for myself and a bit of jealousy ..

i still have no news about my case and its tearing me apart :(

NVC - 44 days

10/14/10 - NVC rec'd

10/28/10 - Rec'd IIN & DS-3032 & AOS fee bill

10/28/10 - sent DS-3032

11/01/10 - AOS fee bill shown as paid

11/03/10 - rec'd IV fee bill

11/03/10 - paid IV fee bill

11/14/10 - IV fee bill shown as paid

11/09/10 - AOS package sent overnight FedEx

11/10/10 - AOS package rec'd -signed for by G.PETERS

11/22/10 - AOS package entered into system (took 8 days from the time it was delivered)

11/16/10 - IV package sent

11/18/10 - IV package rec'd -signed for by J.DESMOND

11/??/10 - IV package entered into system

11/24/10 - Case Complete due to expedite request

11/26/10 - Sent to USEM Paris -- case was expedited

** "little setback" **

12/01/2010 - called the embassy and found out that our case was returned to NVC, unopened, unreviewed, dont know why.

have been contacting NVC, embassy, USCIS, and DoS daily, as of 12/15 our case is in no one's system. waiting for answers..

Consulate

11/30/10 - Consulate received

??/??/?? - Consulate scheduled interview

??/??/?? - Packet4 received from Consulate

??/??/?? - Medical visit

??/??/?? - INTERVIEW

??/??/?? - receive passport by mail

Hoping for late December / early January interview? please?

If you signed up with NVC to receive mails via emails, NVC will send appoinment letter via email. If not NVC will send to you via snail mail.

10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

10/13/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: AOS package mailed out

10/16/2010: ds3032 accepted

10/17/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404)...online payment..-in process

10/18/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/21/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID',

10/20/2010: DS-230 IV package mailed out

10/22/2010: DS-230 IV package delivery

10/26/2010: AOS and ds230 enter to their system and under review

10/28/2010: NBI reciv at NVC mailing room.. track and confirmed by USPS

11/02/2010: NVC recieved my NBI and enter to their system/ operator said allow 2-4 weeks for the review

11/05/2010: RFE- AOS 2009 IRS tax...missing...(even if we included d 2007,2008,2009 irs tax) careless NVC,

11/13/2010: ds230 accepted no RFE..tnx GOD..

11/14/2010: checklist letter recieved

11/15/2010: RFE sent to NVC

11/16/2010: NVC recieved our RFE

11/30/2010: RFE enter to their system

12/02/2010: SIF

12/03/2010: case complete

12/07/2010: MEDICAL @ st.lukes PASSED!!!!

01/06/2010: interview date 6;30 am

01/12/2010: VISA ON HAND...

01/19/2010: flight POE ( DETROIT )

Congrats Lasydare!! I dont know nothing about my case... hasnt been reviewed it, i think. Operator said he didnt see anything in the system!!at least one package should be reviewed by now if you ask me!!!! On 15 i think maybe it will happen, the SIF thing. Also on that day i go do some expensive, extended medical tests for a condition i have (serious) because we want to try and expedite the interview. They asked us for documentation, but i only have old papers, need some new ones!! Anyway is good to re-evaluate my condition since it hasnt been done in a while & because I have some pains so want to check! On 17 my hubby is coming to visit... we really want to go back togheter. If only we will have Jan interview...

If you look at my timeline, I believe your RFE will enter today. Tomorrow would be latest :thumbs: you probably expecting your SIF on Friday or Monady!:star:

The answer is 'A day after mine', coz mine was delivered on 11/29 :D

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

02/01/11 - Interview @ 1:00 PM - Approved :)

02/03/11 - Visa picked up from USEM

02/12/11 - POE @ JFK
