I wouldn't panic yet guys. I sent out the e-mail format of the DS3032 before they had sent me that e-mail and mine was accepted. They have to send it out just in case the person they are sending it hasn't sent it yet. :thumbs: I hope you guys hear something soon about your DS3032 being accepted :) That one seems to take a "long" time. Fortunately, the IV bill usually shows as cleared quickly. Unfortunately, the AOS bill seems to take some time to clear.

Update: Last night I talked to the co-sponsor and we went over the form line by line and he filled it out. he is just missing one piece of information but hopefully will be able to send everything out to me on Tuesday. So hopefully I will be able to send out the 2 packets the end of the month or beginning of next month (still waiting on dox from my husband).

My hubby is sending me a revised DS 230 soon here from London. Does NVC care if the form is sign and dated before we have our case number or bills processed?

Am I jumping the gun here, or should the NVC have received my case by now? I call, I press the option for visa information, enter my USCIS number, and they tell me they have no record yet. Am I doing everything right or is it just too early?

That's what I did. I started calling them everyday after a week to see if they had my case number. Then on the 18th day, I got it. Good luck.

Oooops... sorry to hear this. FEDEX them the notarized copies of your US passport, and NVC should take care of this.[/b]
