10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

so was told by 3 different operators what the rfe was, so I will send it out today....on a lighter note, our IV was put into the system today.....4 days before I expected!! :dance:

Now you are all set to send the RFE response, Tany.

This is what I meant - get multiple NVC operators' responses and match all are talking the same ####### :star: Also, never rely on AVRS for RFE thingie.

I just checked my AVR and it's still saying "The NVC has reviewed your documents or forms and found information missing.......#######....#######.....#######........."

Did anyone get lucky getting their Nice and smooth AVR msg. today?

I called this morning, OP said confirmed that am all set for AOS. & also they have received mailed on yesterday( she couldn't identify which was), but i am assuiming that was for photographs. may be AVRS didn't update yet. lets hope for the best.:thumbs: :thumbs:

Next talk to NVC and DOS to get the clear date of case forwarded to the Consulate. Then track it using DHL. As soon as package arrives the Consulate, contact them by email or phone to assign the interview date since it is expedited one.

Thanks. I saw your case was not forwarded to the consulate immediately after CC. It was probably due to NVC trying to pull your IV package out of mail room or input queue, wasn't it? Did the consulate receive your AOS and IV from NVC or you need to supply another copy to the consulate?

My case was complete yesterday, still no interview yet, but glad i am done with NVC and my part.

Congrats to those with SIF and CC and Good luck to all of us.

i know i've read this before, how do i know if nvc delivered my package yet, DHL how to track with no reference number??

Thanks. I saw your case was not forwarded to the consulate immediately after CC. It was probably due to NVC trying to pull your IV package out of mail room or input queue, wasn't it? Did the consulate receive your AOS and IV from NVC or you need to supply another copy to the consulate?

NVC supplied AOS and IV packages to the Consulate.

I think it took little over a week to forward to the Consulate after CC.

But keep following it up... Yours may be sooner :star:

It just like my SIF will never come true....Spoke to multiple operator, all said my both IV package in the system & under reviewing. NO SIF SO FAR :bonk:

According Vjer's timelne, my SIF is due on today or latest would be tomorrow.
