Miami_Boy,

It's just your photographs that is adding time to your timeline. If NVC had received your photographs by now then tomorrow would be the day you should have your SIF in hand (per your timeline). But don't worry friend, Since it was delivered to NVC on 11/24 it should be matched to your case file by tomorrow or Wednesday and after that your SIF is like 1,2,3. Believe me :D

Cheers !

malvika,

Thanks for the analysis, who knows probably we both get our SIF in same time

My photographs were delivered on 11/29 ie. 5 days after yours. So I don't think I am gonna get SIF together with you :(

As a matter of fact, I have always been unlucky with all these immigration process. If NVC didn't lose my photographs I should have gotten my interview date by now. So sad :(

Thanks everyone for your well wishes with my mom. She is still at ICU. She can barely move her right arm. She can move her right leg a little bit more than her arm. She was talking clearing 5/8 hours ago. But she's slurring her words now. A doctor will come to check her at 7 am. She had a mild stroke on the left side of her brain. Doctor told me that she'll make a recovery but she has to be in the hospital for few days and have physical therapy.

As you can imagine, this has put a lot of damper in my immigration process. Somehow, I'm not as excited about it as I was just this Sunday morning. Didn't even bother to update the timeline on VJ. But our case has been assigned an interview date of January 10th. The date was assigned on Dec 3rd. If you remember, I emailed Sup Sue on Dec 2nd, asking her to give us an expedited interview date. Seems like it worked. Good luck everyone waiting.

And please make prayer for my mother. I would like to be excited about this again as soon as my mother makes a full recovery. My family's whole world turned upside down and dark in matter of hours.

I wish your mom a fast recovery!! A mild stroke is a good thing in a way. My father suffered from heart disease & had 2 heart atackes, very big ones that affected his heart alot. Can you belive that my father with heart atack he stayed for 3 days at home having this weird strong pains and he went to the hospital on his own legs????? If he would have gone as soon as the pains kicked in he would have been alive today, but he was always the type just too strong, that endured many things and didnt want to show that was suffering: protecting us, neglecting him! :( He passed away feb.14.2009 on Valentines day in the hospital. :( After heart atacks he couldnt really recover, the heart was too scarred & damaged, couldnt function normally. He managed to survive another 1 year and a half afterwards. His situation was really very serious, there was nothing they could do to him except a heart transplant. I still dont belive is real, but is very real... in feb 2011 will be 2 years now. Wish i could turn back time so would advise him to do smth about that pain, but is not possible!! :(

So, in your case is very good that your mother received medical care asap, she will get better i'm so sure of. Keep strong, God is by your side!!!!!
