I JUST SPOKE WITH JOHN(OPERATOR), HE CONFIRMED ME THAT MY AOS HAS BEEN REVIEWED & ACCEPTED. ALSO IV PACKAGED HAS BEEN IN THE SYSTEM ON DEC 01, 2010. BUT I AM ASSUIMING THAT MY PHOTOGRAPHS ALSO ATTACHED TO IT IN SAME DAY. MAN, ATLEAST THEY DIDN'T LOST ANY DOCUMENTS YET..HOPEFULLY NO RFE..

Thanks a lot. How is your prep for the trip? I am also planning to go Bangladesh after my wife visa approval & bring them back with me. As you know I have 2.5 months old boy, it is hard for her to travel alone, specialy for the small baby. Also She never fly before long flight. I hope I will get atleast late January interview.

Yes MB. You need to go there, otherwise she will not be able to handle the luggage and baby.

That's one of the reasons I go there too.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

Well, I did ask, he said it only showed the mail received on 12/01/2010, allow 20 business days for review. I am assuiming that They had attached my photographs otherwise am sure get RFE . Still AVRS playing checklist letter respond allow 6-8 weeks for review.

I will definitely know by Tuesday whether SIF or RFE.:D:(

Just letting you know that when my case sent off to USCIS, It took only 17 days to get update from USCIS. NVC sent my case to USCIS on 09/03/2010, USCIS received my case on 09/10/2010, after one week later 09/20/2010 got an email from USCIS which stated that Case sent back to NVC for visa processing. but it took almost 1.5 month for NVC to issue IV invoiced. So NVC is the one who TIME KILLER :devil:

MY husband just called NVC AVR and it said it said our pacakge has been reviewed and some information has been missing and they have mailed us the RFE checklist back on 3 december :/ is that a real RFE ? or a false one ? :/ *sigh*
