Every form has formatted with instruction. It depends, could be both form I-864/DS-230.

My one said only DS-230.

I got the same email today as well. NVC entered our IV package on 11/29 guess it has not been reviewed.

UPDATE:

Just received another checklist email from NVC. This is second time they have sent me same ####### asking for ds-230 & civil documents!!!#######. I already sent both AOS & IV Package in one Express mail envelope. I hope they are not lost my IV package. Here is the details:

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support form (I-864) for this case. However, we are

still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each

traveling applicant to be returned to National Visa Center for review. You will find the DS-230 form

along with complete instructions for submitting the civil documentation required for this case at

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov under the Applicant Document Processing link.

We urge you to send in the DS-230 form(s) and required civil documentation for each traveling family

member in one package to the National Visa Center (NVC). Sending the information in separately may

cause delays in the processing of the case.

I got the same email today as well. NVC entered our IV package on 11/29 guess it has not been reviewed.

I spoke to two different operator told me same, they cant see anything but mail has been received yesterday 12/01. One operator hold me for 2.5 min, she said their other computer also couldn't see anything either but mail received. It is weired.

This morning when i checked AVRS, it played checklist received on 12/01. SO CONFUSED

Dont' get too confused M_B. I am 99% sure it's your IV package which was received/scanned yesterday. Your AVR is also indicating that your IV was scanned yesterday ie. 12/01. Now just sit tight and relax and wait for SIF/CC.

BTW, do you guys have link for Indigo's NVC tracker doc?

I never even got an AVR that AOS was uploaded. Just assuming it was because of nature of checklist

Hey, you got the same issue as me. Imagine that!!!!

Come on NVC!!!!! get your act together i got i got a wife who is mad at me cuz your taking to long and when shes mad its not a good site to see. Even Michelangelo didnt take this long to paint the Sistine Chapel!!!!!

DS-230 Receipt:

"The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ____________..." OR "The NVC received your documents on ____________. Please allow 6-8 weeks from this date for the NVC to review your documentation and notify you of the outcome of the review."

Mine says that NVC has received the docs on Dec 1. I think the other message is equivalent. Dont stress out too much!!

M_B - I am loosing my hope for January interview due to this friggin RFE. Per current timeline NVC is taking almost 12-14 days to scan package from the date they were received in mail room. That means my RFE (photographs) were received by NVC on 11/29 + 14 days (to scan my photographs) = 12/13. Another 2 days to get SIF once they scan my photograph ie. 12/15 and another day to get CC now 12/16. I don't think that if I get CC on 12/16 can get January interview So frustrating

I have some worries too about a Jan interview. Understand completely how you feel. I'm hoping to get CC by Dec 15, but that would mean exactly at the end of the 2 weeks they squeduel interview!! Waaaaaaaah I miss the train!!!

So now I am freaking out. NVC reviewed our IV packages yesterday and now AVR is telling me that a packet of documents was reviewed yesterday and there is info missing. Could this info meeting be the response to the other RFE we got on the AOS package?
