I just sent the inteview expedite request to my lovely lady, Sup. Sue. She hasn't stirred me wrong ever, just yet. So let's see what I hear back in 8 or so hours.

Miami_Boy, I have a great idea for you. You should email Sup. Sue also. Ask her to process your case quickly. The reason: bacterial infection outbreak in Bangladesh. That's a legitimate and a weighty reason to expedite the case. But you want to be careful with your words. You don't want the case to go to Bangladesh before getting CC. From what I hear, USEM in BD is notorious for stone-walling cases. Maybe wait till you get SIF. Then email Sue to quickly give you a CC. Then when you get the CC, email Sue again to quickly schedule the interivew. Which is what I did. And I will let you know how it turns up. All right, my brother from another mother. Speaking of brother, am I invited to you house if I am in Miami sometimes in few months?

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

Sue fails me, then once Dhaka has the case, I'll email them asking to give me a earlier interview. But sometime tells me my turtle soup-sipping Sue isn't going to fail me just yet.

hey guys ,

How do we find out SIF (Sign in failed) in our case ? is it something we have to log in and find out or call the AVR ..unfortunately our AVR always says case not found in the NVC...

actually our 1V packet entered in to the NVC system 30/11/10

please any replies much appreciated...

On the NVC online payment website..if you can t sign in anymore, you have SIF

NVC:

Case number assigned : 10/12/2010

IIN received: 10/21/2010

paid AOS bill: 10/22/2010

Sent AOS: 10/25/2010

paid IV bill: 10/28/2010

Received confirmation COA: 10/28/2010

Sent IV+DS230: 10/29/2010

I called last night & found out that NVC have received my packages but not sure which one is under review. Nothing shows in the computer except documents under review. So i dont even know whether AOS has been review yet or not. So confused!:bonk:

Go here: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Try to login with your case number and IIN. If you get the following messge, you have got a SIF or Sign in Fail. You won't get a SIF for about 7 or 8 days after NVC has received all of your documents. Good luck.

SInce your both AOS and IV package were delivered on 11/18, they both should have been under review by now. As a matter of fact your AOS could have been completed already by now, try speaking with different operator today and just ask "Has my AOS package been reviewed yet?". That's what I did and I was told that my AOS has been reviewed and everything is OK with AOS. But friggin IV package gave me friggin RFE grrrrrrrrr..........
