Sorry I forgot to ask my question. We have just been informed of a stupid RFE on our case for the AOS package. My husband has managed to get the docs required together and we are now waiting on the RFE letter to arrive.

Do we need to wait for the RFE letter to get here or can we send these over to Portsmouth to the usual address with perhaps an RFE label on them? I know someone has asked this before but I can't find the post and would really appreciate the advice as this RFE has brought my dreams of a Jan/Feb move crashing down =(.

How did you find out your RFE, Doest it specify on AVRS mesage or NVC operator informed you about that? Look at my AVRS, it has changes several times of sending RFE and receiving RFE, Except I got an email which specified that i need to submit DS-230( which already been sent). many of us got same email. svenkat got SIF, 2 days after he received same RFE email. I hope you got my point.:thumbs:

If you already talked to NVC human and found out what was your RFE, You can send RFE with AOS/IV COVER SHEET and also you can add a explanation letter.

Congrats on the approval, Loto bhai.

Look at everyone. They get their stuff processed so quickly. Someone got an interview date within 2 days of getting CC. They got the CC after me. But me, I have to wait the full 8 weeks to get an interview date. FML. I'm jealous and bitter.

We have similar dates in signature. I'm wondering if my AVR message changed too. Husband is in Canada to do some certification, so idk. I'm starting to be happy, just seeing other have good updates!! :star::dance:

yes we do. Did you talk to operator lately? I was wondering if they tell you atleast they have reviewed your AOS & accpeted. I called last night, They said they have received some package but dont know which one under review. It doesn't show their computer. Isn't sucks?

I hope we are both getting SIF by this weekend :thumbs:

AVRS message has changed, now playing checklist respond received on Dec 01, 2010. Please allow 6-8 weeks for review.

Is any chances to get SIF before this weekend? sigh.

Based on your timeline it means its takes a week for NVC to open the damn mail.

Hi the kfc, I tried but it wouldn't accept my info - either was choking on my NVC case number or her passport number (it said to check both) and also said to make sure I already had an appointment, which didn't make much sense I know, but there it is. From my iPhone here so couldn't quote you sorry.

Since the new system was only initiated yesterday maybe there are still some "bugs" in it. If you haven't receive your P4 in a day or two - try again from a "regular" computer.
