786india - I am also waiting to change the AVR, mine was delivered on 11/29. I wonder don't they treat AVR response differently than regular mail?

Yeah I wonder same. I saw some1 who had an RFE I think its Kayo_Michael. I took 2 weeks for NVC to enter it and then another week to review.

I labeled my package emphasizing missing docs enclosed may be than they will might treat my mail different from regular mail. Let wait and watch.

Once NVC receives its AVR should acknowledge RFE as checklist received on Dec. ??th

Also, I wonder since I didn’t use Checklist Coversheet will that be an issue. I received checklist e-mail yesterday and I mailed my package a day b4.

Thekfc: tried scheduling an appointment through the website you kindly provided (Manila). I'm not sure what they are looking for for "Case Type Number" - tried the NVC number both with and without 'MNL' before it, it didn't like it. Anyone have any idea what number this might be?

Yes, had a denial, with chance to file a waiver. Sorry, Im not in the best of minds to post loads right now, my wife and I are devastated. I filed the waiver straight away - the whole experience was not a pleasant one at all, and I'll return to explain why at some point, just not right now as its a very deep wound and I dont want to compromise anything or say anything that may have an advers effect on our case. but thanks to those who wished me well, and congrats to those that got approved.

Glad to hear Richi mate :thumbs: I am sure you will over come this by filing I-601 waiver :thumbs:

First of all, Your wife will get approved by mercy of Almighty God. God is always with those people whose help others. I wish & pray that your wife's interview will be piece of cake.

As you know that, I already received the checklist email.but this morning also AVRS played same message...documents missing checklist letter send.. I hope its not true since checklist letter is not specify which documents was missing except submission of DS-230, I-864 & Fees in the email.

I will give a call to NVC, lets see what exactly they said about checklist #######.

Case type number is NVC Case#. You are too early to contact the consulate at this point of time. But keep trying!
