Yes, had a denial, with chance to file a waiver. Sorry, Im not in the best of minds to post loads right now, my wife and I are devastated. I filed the waiver straight away - the whole experience was not a pleasant one at all, and I'll return to explain why at some point, just not right now as its a very deep wound and I dont want to compromise anything or say anything that may have an advers effect on our case. but thanks to those who wished me well, and congrats to those that got approved.

So sorry to hear about the denial. Give yourself a little time to regroup and recover from the interview and you'll be back stronger than ever. All the best going forward. There's a huge group of supporters here cheering you on.

Hey, Richi, we're sorry to hear about your denial. But take heart that almost all of the appealed case get approved. It should sincerity when you persist. So it's just going to take a bit longer but it'll get done. Thankfully, it's really easy to go to UK. You can go visit back and forth meanwhile. Good luck.

Richi...am so sorry to hear about the denial. I've been thru that and it's devastating. I wish I had more words of comfort. You need a good lawyer to help you overturn and/or appeal this denial. I used Marc Ellis. He was amazing. You can PM me if you want more info. Just hang in there - there is a solution to every problem. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your wife during this anxious time.

My husband (beneficiary) will travel to Greece tomorrow to submmit the request for the Police Certificate. Waiting on the interview date. :thumbs:

Hi everyone, I am new to VJ forums however have been reading this forum since reaching NVC back in October. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for keeping me sane through this time. Knowing that others are going through exactly the same helps me carry on. Pretty bugged today as I sent in my originals a bit later than my IV package and they haven't been added to the system yet which has resulted in an RFE - just holding on waiting for the NVC to open so I can call and find out what is going on! Congrats to everyone getting CC's at the mo!! Hoping mine will come in the next 2 weeks!

@ Malvika my RFE was delivered yest but AVR says Missing Docs Checklist sent on Nov 30th.

I hope they scan it this week

786india - I am also waiting to change the AVR, mine was delivered on 11/29. I wonder don't they treat AVR response differently than regular mail?
