How did you get it, Loto? Did you speak to a human or did you get it via the AVR with your EAC receipt number? I tried yesterday thru the AVR but as of 4 pm, they still had no record of it.

umm..guys can you help me out? well I paid AOS and IV bills and Im still waiting on some papers to send the AOS and I just sent my IV application yesterday..

I tried to log in to where I paid online and it says Sign In Failed? what does this mean? I also tried to request an expedite, they told me it was under review but they didnt conform it?? weird! can you tell me what's goin on? is it possible for me to Get Sign In Failed and my papers havent gotten received by NVC yet? are they waiting to receive the documents and send'em straight to the US Embassy? I'm so confused! FOR THOSE WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH THIS I NEED YOUR GUIDANCE!

If you have requested expedition and you don't know if it was granted AND you got a SIF - you should definitely call NVC and talk to a Human^TM ASAP!!! Tell them that a package of dox is on the way and ask them what is the procedure from now if you really got expedited!!!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you and let us know what happened!

Teya, I'm still waiting for their call. This is what happened.. I went there early (after dropping my baby off to the sitter at 8am), when it was my time, they called me and when we got to his office, he said: You're gonna get mad at me (I was like, oh please not again). You're next on my list to be interviewed but when I looked back to grab your files, it's not there. I checked and it's still at NBC. I filed for an expedite request so they'll send your files ASAP. I'm very sorry, it's my fault, it's my responsibility to check your files but I didn't. I should have called you to cancel your interview today. It will probably take them a week to mail your files, and you will receive a call from us to reschedule your interview.

Anyway, I'm just glad that there's progress with my husband's petition, and I don't have to wait for my naturalization (and upgrade his petition), like the original plan..

Check to see if you're putting the numbers in correctly. This could be your problem as it happened to me once. If you have check and are sure your input was correct I would call and explain your difficulty. You have several things going on. Maybe your expedite was approved or it could be something else but you want to pay online if possible to Call and get it worked out. We can only guess whats going on as this is not typical. For Tom, yes Im sure the numbers are correct and I have already paid the fees and printed the cover sheets and sent the docs to the address on the cover sheet!

yesterday a VJ member who's final dox were AVR-ed at NVC on the 21st of Sep got a "regular" SIF sooo I definitely see urs coming! FINGERS CROSSED!!!

Yes, we did get expedited but we sent te request AFTER they had already gotten our dox and it was "hear-able" on the AVR! Tom, sorry but I hope I'm right on this!

Tho, Lady, just hope they don't give u trouble with the dox u already sent!

Wow Kim using nice words here WHAT A MESSUP!!!... Once you're complete I would send a letter off to someone regarding this. Its not the way to do business and is inexcusable after all the time they take doing things. Just do this after you get what you want. In the mean time, you can start prepare the draft on what you will be sending. Or if you chose you can just for get it . I have a hard time doing that.
