Just spoke to an NVC operator. My case is complete at the NVC. He said it was complete today about 5 hours ago and the interview will be scheduled soon. He said typically the interview is scheduled 2nd week of the month.

Wow...so much progress and then drama in this October forum! I really hope that NVC is nice to everyone once again and hands out the SIF's and CC's that those in here are waiting for. I wrote "scary SUE" just to see if it will do anything. I highly doubt it. If not, I should be able to send out the missing stupid corrections tomorrow. That will mean...Dec 8th they should say they have received it and on Dec 15th they will "congrats...we completed your case toooooooo late to have a January interview." SWEEEEEEEEETTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! :angry:

I hope everyone else has better luck than I with this stanky process :):thumbs:

Ok, here is the deal - little bit plus or minus will be there.

Based on my observation, NVC takes on an average 1.5 months for the entire process without RFE from NVC case# to CC.

First 2 weeks - NVC Case# receipt, Email registration, IIN receipt, DS-3032 emailing, AOS and IV payment, AOS and IV package delivery

Second 2 weeks - AOS and IV package entering into the system

Third 2 weeks - AOS and IV package review, SIF and CC

There will be +/- of 1 week at the most.

Just got off the phone with NVC! They told me that they have received a package today and the 19th. The AOS was received on the 8 and entered on the 19th. The IV was received on the 15th and iam assuming is the IV entered today.

The agent i got was not a friendly guy. He wouldn't even specify what packets were there, just said we have received some mail on the days mentioned. That pisses me off why cant they say we have this package etc etc.

But anyway its good news none the less

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

11/12/10: IV package mailed USPS express.

11/15/2010: IV package recieved by NVC.

11/19/10: AOS entered into System.

11/29/10: IV Entered into System

NVC operator does not have access to the mail room and to see the contents. They can only see the computer screen and to say if it is received, reviewed, closed etc.
