I called NVC today and the agent told me that only one of my files was was in entered in the system which was the AOS. She however couldn't tell me if the IV package is in the building. I asked her how long it "typically" takes and she was first hesitant bu then told me 20 business days. So im hoping the IV is entered, by this week.

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

That is great. I got a checklist letter on my AOS because they have not logged in my DS-230 yet. I think the person working on mine overdosed on tryptophan and is even at this moment drooling while sleeping on my DS-230.

Just spoke to an NVC operator. My case is complete at the NVC. He said it was complete today about 5 hours ago and the interview will be scheduled soon. He said typically the interview is scheduled 2nd week of the month.

ROC Timeline:

2013-01-22 : I-751 packet sent by USPS express mail

2013-01-23 : Packet received at USCIS

2013-01-24 : I-751 Notice date

2013-01-24 : Check Cashed

2013-02-06 : FP notice received (FP date: 02/22/2013)

Looks like it's their standard email format that they use when they don't want to say more about a request.

This is what I got this evening, the same exact copy of what I had received on Friday :(

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review has been completed.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

Wow...so much progress and then drama in this October forum! I really hope that NVC is nice to everyone once again and hands out the SIF's and CC's that those in here are waiting for. I wrote "scary SUE" just to see if it will do anything. I highly doubt it. If not, I should be able to send out the missing stupid corrections tomorrow. That will mean...Dec 8th they should say they have received it and on Dec 15th they will "congrats...we completed your case toooooooo late to have a January interview." SWEEEEEEEEETTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! :angry:
