IS, since your final review is not done, you should be aware that your email to SUE could potentially result in your case being shipped to BD consulate without the final review and you might be on expedited path like LOTO and HA.

I guess you are aware of the possibilities.

All right. I just emailed the request to complete the case to Supervisor Sue. Let's see if I get a response or case complete soon. I'm going to call NVC again exactly at 5 PM tonight. If not CC by then, then at 10:30 PM. Wish me well and keep me in your prayer and supplications.

My RFE (photographs) has been delivered to NVC today at 11:36 AM.

When I spoke to an operator on Friday, he told me that my IV package has already been reviewed and missing photographs.

Considering my IV package review has been completed, Do you guys think that I will have my CC as soon as they receive my photographs?

I wouldn't call it expedited. And I didn't ask the case to be shipped to final embassy without final review. I asked for the case to be reviewed and completed soon quickly and then shipped out as soon as possible. Edited November 29, 2010 by IndigoSkies

I didn't want an expedite, but due to the reasons I listed, they treated it as an expedite.

Since I got the SIF already and it's been 6 days since the SIF, my CC is pretty close. I'll probably get a CC before Sue gets to reading my email. If she feels generous enough, she'll lumber over to pull my case and see that it's been completed already.

Plus, I didn't provide reasons to expedite. I have none. Goddammit. I dont' want an expedite. I want it to be done quickly normally and mailed to USEM.

The missing documentation requested was proof of citizenship/permanent residence for the co-sponsor on this case. On Friday, Nov. 26, my response was delivered to the NVC by UPS. The response contains a copy of the co-sponsor's biographic page of his U.S. passport.

As per my conversation with an NVC operator on Nov. 25, all aspects of the case looked "good" and that I was essentially only missing proof of the co-sponsor's citizenship.

I kindly request that this review be expedited if possible.

SIF and few days are passed - That means final review will be almost done. Now if your email is treated as expedite, probably you will end up with a faster interview date, who knows!

Since your Consulate and our consulates are relatively faster, it doesn't make much sense at this point of time.

However, Consulates like Accra, Ghana (9+ months), Montreal (4+ months), Nigeria (3 months) , Columbia (3 months) etc. makes sense!

@786india, As soon as they have your new I-864A, they need to enter the package into the system and review it. Probably in 2 weeks time. Then SIF and CC. You have still the chance for a later Jan interview

Because Indian consulates will schedule interview in around 1.5 months time after NVC CC.
