All right. I just emailed the request to complete the case to Supervisor Sue. Let's see if I get a response or case complete soon. I'm going to call NVC again exactly at 5 PM tonight. If not CC by then, then at 10:30 PM. Wish me well and keep me in your prayer and supplications.

Dude, you f***ing want to give me a heart-attack or something? -sigh- You were wrong in thinking your case was complete without I864 and DS230. I don't think there are any problems with my case. It's just taking longer due to the holiday break. I talked to multiple NVC operator and asked everyone of them if there are any errors. My AOS package is fine and approved. IV package doesn't have any error. There are no missing documents. I'm hoping, really hoping, that the case is complete today.

I didn't want to give you heart attack( sorry if I asked you wrong way), NVC didn't confirmed me for two weeks . They kept telling me that my case was under review. You may right, they probably taking time on your case for holiday breaks. I hope you are getting CC by tonight :dance: .

I feel sorry for whoever received studip RFE. Like myself, I did receive RFE for nothing. That's so injustice.

As I already mentioned in my previous post that I had received an email reply that was sent to sup sue last week, the reply said something like this:-

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review has been completed.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

I am hoping that they will find my missing photograph in a pile of documents and give me CC soon. Can't wait longer now, really sick and tired of this process now

I am leaving on Friday 10th evening. I used my travel agent, as usual, to buy the tickets. It was not that cheap due to this peak season. But got a slightly better deal when I re-shuffled the dates bit.

Me - roundtrip - $1,610

Wife - one way - $783

Child - one way - $122

Total $2,515

But return depends on the interview

I am leaving on Friday 10th evening. I used my travel agent, as usual, to buy the tickets. It was not that cheap due to this peak season. But got a slightly better deal when I re-shuffled the dates bit.

Child - one way - $122

I'm looking at flights also. Looks like it's about the same. $1,650 (for me, round trip) + $800 (for wife, one way) = $2,450. Jesus Hubrius Christ. Plus, I'm gonna for two weeks. I plan to raise the roof way, way high. So I need to blow some mo' money. Looks like I'm gonna be spending multi-grands. So much expensive.

I dont' even have a dining table. Lol. I eat standing up or on couch or on the stove-top. I mean why not. Everything is right there. You don't have to move dishes around.

Yeah yeah yeah, family life is different experience. You need to feed them first and then take care of you, afterwards

I dropped home buying option due to the job nature and a possible contract switch. Yes, we need to buy the furniture stuff too.
