I have confirmed with another BD person who had recently case complete done with NVC. He told me exactly same after SIF next few days, he got an email with interview letter CC. I dont know why they are taking so long for your case to be complete. Kuch garbar hai kya?

Congrats on the medical being done Loto. Would you recommend me and 786india using the Supervisor Sue route to get our RFEs reviewed? Mine RFE is so gut wrenching because the guy told me on the phone that the AOS was fine, it just needed someone to look at the damn copy of my co-sponsor's passport and click the "approve" button on their computer. lol/argghhhh

Yes, you can push through Supervisor Sue. Anyway, they will take it at least a week to enter and review it. Just hang on!

When you email to Sue, if you use the term "expedite" or urgency, the file might fly to the Consulate directly

Some update from me about the medical

My wife went to Appollo Heart Center at Chennai to do the medical today.

She had:

1) Appointment Letter

2) Passport

3) 3 Photos

4) Cash for medical

5) Prior vaccination records

She reached there at 8:45AM and entire procedure completed at 1:30PM. Though, she had all the vaccinations, they suggested the below and provided to her.

1) DTAP

2) Varicella

3) MMR

They also did her X-ray, blood test, physical checkup including the lab work.

The cost of entire procedure was Rs.4,800 (ball park $105). She can collect the report tomorrow afternoon after 3:30PM.

Medical was so easy!

She also went to FRRO, Chennai and collected child's Indian OCI (She beat my timeline here )

Hurray! TWO MORE DAYS!!!

In fact, she was pushing me all the day in this process. What happened to I-130 every day after filing? I have been pissed off so many times. I told her Obama is not my father to recommend it to the USCIS

That was my question to IS. infact i had a problem with SIF, I thought my case was completed without sending them I-864 & Ds-230. few weeks later NVC told me that my case has been returned to USCIS for review.( priority date was wrong ,even both priority date was current at that moment). Cant help. lazy government worker. I told supervisor. I dont mind if i had to carry wrong priority date as long as it was current. Who cares...they had go thru their guideline. Anyway, Operator told me I could expedite the process now since it was USCIS error. I dont want it cause probably they gonna forward to BD USEM without final review. BD USEM is worst ever, they just looking for simple mistake to give people AP. I hope IS has no problem like me.

Dude, you f***ing want to give me a heart-attack or something? -sigh- You were wrong in thinking your case was complete without I864 and DS230. I don't think there are any problems with my case. It's just taking longer due to the holiday break. I talked to multiple NVC operator and asked everyone of them if there are any errors. My AOS package is fine and approved. IV package doesn't have any error. There are no missing documents. I'm hoping, really hoping, that the case is complete today.

All right. I just emailed the request to complete the case to Supervisor Sue. Let's see if I get a response or case complete soon. I'm going to call NVC again exactly at 5 PM tonight. If not CC by then, then at 10:30 PM. Wish me well and keep me in your prayer and supplications.

Guys, why don't you set your post per page and threads per page to the maximum number possible. I set mine and I'm on page 90 of this thread. You get to see more posts in one page which gives you a better context.
