Yea, can understand the pain Jon n sol , Hang in there. I am thinking that this delay is mostly due to the holiday season. It is possible that some people are on vacation. I think it will pick up speed again on Monday. Hope you get your SIF early next week.

Debby's IV was scanned one day earlier to yours and she is also waiting

I'm really steamed here. Others whose stuff was scanned in after mine have gotten SIF, yet when I call these f-ing morons at NVC, they still haven't even started reviewing my package. I don't know what to do, other than call and demand to talk to a supervisor on Monday and raise holy hell. This is complete and utter bull.

hmmmm. Something tells me you probably got a CC already but the AVRS is not updated yet. Even mine says the same earlier message.Just checked the AVRS a few minutes back. Remember that one day last week when several people got SIF and CC on the same day. Me thinks you are on the CC list for the night, unfortunately there is not a fool proof way to check CC like SIF.

I am thinking the AVRS update statement for the night has not been committed yet.

I guess you will know it Monday from a NVC parrot or earlier if the AVRS gets updated. Good luck and keep reading

hi everyone! happy saturday! hope your thanksgivings and black fridays were great! sorry i havent been on, but congrads to everyone who keep getting SIFs and are moving right along! those who are nervous and stressed, you'll get the good news youve been waiting for on monday im sure

okay now, i need your help..my AOS packet was entered into the system on the 22nd according to my last "live person" call on Wednesday. They received my IV packet on the 18th and I have assumed that it wasn't entered yet. However, on the 19th I sent an email to supervisor Sue explaining that my husband's contract at work ends on Dec 31st and he is enrolled to start univ classed here in the US on Jan 10th and although I am aware that these are not dire circumstances (medical, etc.) I was wondering if there was anything that could be done, etc. This morning I called to check the AVRS and they said that my case has been sent to the Paris embassy on the 26th .. so does that mean that it was expedited? The NVC couldn't possibly have reviewed my case that quickly and sent it regularly -- could they? What do I do next? (aside from calling the NVC/DOS/embassy on Monday to ask them about my case..) Help?

Just heard AVR it says my package was reviewed n it has missing information. I wonder wht it is ? Possibly Passport PCC. Lets see I'll call on Mon n find out.

You should get an email from NVC with interview date on it. Check your email frequently. It may be appear on Monday. GOOD LUCK WITH INTERVIEW!!!

SInce you have requested expedited your case processing, I believe they have approved it, If NVC found something missing on your documents, you might get an RFE, shouldn't be SIF. SO YOU ARE GOOD TO GO>>>

i tried tracking it on DHL and it says the packet is scheduled to arrive by Monday night (if I did the DHL tracking correctly) so I guess I'll just have to wait 'til Monday to make all the calls and find out. fingers crossed.
