Cool - I'm guessing another 3 to 4 weeks for 'final review' to get completed, unless you had some nvc expedite.

who knows? is new fiscal year, maybe things will go faster this month.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I actually sent/emailed that form u linked to me before i got my AOS bill and DS3032. did i messed up? :o do i need to resend the form thru postal mail? im the beneficiary :)

Amish people are so awesome. Feigning buying produce, I go to their farms. But what I really enjoy is just being outside. With Amish people talking about life from a completely different prospective. And boy, do they make some mean apple pie. Nom. Nom. Nom.

Oh boy - I hope you realize, that at this ONE STAGE, sticking with the AVR is more useful than getting a Human. On some day, soonish, the AVR will report the Embassy Case # - and on that day, or the next, you should strive to get a human. Prior? it's a waste of time to be on hold.
That's what I thought also. But everyone keeps saying sometimes the AVRS doesn't update as quickly as the human's system do. I have been calling the AVRS for the last few days. I mean why not. It's just an AVRS. I wanted to talk to a human just in case. Ya'know.

I'll stick with your suggestion to just use the AVRS until I get the case file. Immediately after getting the NVC case number, I'll try to get a human to give them our emails. So we can have documents emailed to us rather than snail-mailed.

Next step: Wife gets DS3032. Fills it out and sends it. Both email and snail mail. Right?

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

The AVR is 'current' only on 1 thing - and that's the casefile #.

Everything else? is a 'delayed event reporting' thingie.

instead, wife preps email with the DS-3032 form data and NOT the form itself.

why attempt 'shotgun approach' when rifle is needed?

Darnell, let's say I get my nvc case number on Monday. As soon as that happens, I'm going to get a human at NVC and give them our emails. Then what do we do? What's the very next step?

Is it, "wait for DS3032 kit?

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

yes i did and filled it up correctly, i rechecked 10x before i sent it, lol. yes i have my NVC # alrdy, and got ds3032 form and aos bill today , thanks for the help :star:
